[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Failed to Deliver | |||
Hi, I have placed a order with order no.[protected] for Ruby Heart Pendant in gold on 24 Jan 2013 by looking at the product on their website www.homeshop18.com.On the channel HomeShop18 which is aired on Airtel DTH,the same product was shown for purchase on 27/28 Jan 2013. On 05 Feb 2013,I received a confirmation call stating that the product will be dispatched on 07 Feb 2013 and advised me to keep myself available. On 06 Feb 2013,I again received a call from HomeShop18 stating that the product is out of stock and will not be delivered. Ideally this scenario is not feasible as the product is yet available as in stock on their website and in case it was out of stock then why the same has been shown on TV? This is a clear case of fraud and cheating. Was this information helpful? | |||
