Is your ticket system working? Check out my 4 tickets I raised to get details of order number[protected]. Neither I get any reply for the tickets I raised nor the order delivered. I informed on phone twice about the problem (which takes 5 minutes of waiting to get my turn to speak to your customer care officer). Finally I have to cancel the order because of no response from your side. Hopefully that would be done. Else I may need to approach consumer court as last resort.
