[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Pathetic service by Homeshop18- complaint | |||
Had booked an order number[protected] on 12th April 2010 for 1 ton Voltas window AC on Homeshop18, they had assured of delivery within 7-10 days & I had requested to expedite it. I kept calling them & would have made atleast 50 calls to understand the status of my order, every executive that I spoke to would assure me of delivery in a day or two, everybody would say I will personally handle your case. Later I received a call from one of the executive on 7th May regretting the delay & assuring delivery in 7 days he also said that since 1 star variant is not available he will give me a two star variant. I got an sms 1 week later that the delivery has been delayed, today after 1 and a half month waiting, I have got a mail saying that my order has been cancelled & refund is processed.. This is pathetic service by Homeshop18, stern action should be taken against them Rgds Abhitabh Dixit Was this information helpful? | |||

you should give complaint on this action to consumer protect act, and they will help u all for late and UN necessary delays. amoUNt will be refUNded back with interest on it. and may causes the store to be closed in some cases.
