Homeshop18 — No Replacement and No Refund | |||
What the hell is this? On 3rd of September I got an SMS stating "Dear VINEET, Ref. your order No.[protected], your refund cheque vide 137620 of Rs. 1999.0 has been prepared and will be shipped in 1 - 2 days". Today I get another message stating "Dear VINEET, Ref. your order No.[protected], we have dispatched your refund cheque vide AWB D 82874149 through HS18 (FF). Please expect the delivery of the same in 2-3 days ". Does it take 7 days to dispatch a prepared cheque? And why the hell you use VINEET, when I already cleared that I spell it as VINIT (sent my passport's scanned copy also). Are you guys going to return my money? This is a height of synchronization between Escalation team (Pushpander, this is for you) and your Customer Support Executive. Today, when I called up, lady says that count 2-3 days from today. I don't want to use any abusive words but this is not a way of providing customer service, especially when you in Online shopping business. Pushpander, what happened to your promise and words? It was promised that I will get my cheque either by 9th Sep 2013 or 10th but didn't. TREAT THIS EMAIL AS AN ESCALATION. Was this information helpful? | |||
