[Resolved] Homeshop18 — No response / delay in order | |||
I have ordered one earphone from homeshop18 on 26th July'12 , the delivery time written on the website ins 7 - 8 days. After 6 days I got a message from them saying a slight delay which is of 3- 5 days more. My purpose is not solved , I have been trying to contact them all this while on their customer care number [protected] Noone answers that ever... I have been holding that call for more than 15 minutes twice I got no response. On their website I have raised two tickets to resolve my issue to either cancel the order or dispatch the same soon. I still have not received any response they are open.
