beware with on line shopping via homeshop 18. i have ordered three product in last two month and all got dissatisfied and pathetic experience.same time their customer service people have no resolution. order no.[protected] it is nova mixer which promised to deliver on 7 working day.iit despatched on 1 nov.12 but till today not delivered or refund of my amount.every time message but no delivery. 2order no[protected] i paid by internet banking and their people say amount could not receive.poor working. i have more compliant i just fed up. I ordered a Spice mobile. My order no. is[protected]. The order has been dispatched to me on 01/11/2014. But i have not received the product till today i.e. 28/11/2014. This is a very poor service. Now i think to lodge a complain against the company in Court,
