We wish to inform you that unfortunately the title went out of stock at our local suppliers end and was also not available across our warehouses in the country. We tried very hard to get it procured from the main publishers as well, but were not able to get success at it. Our systems integrate with all publishers/suppliers to get up-to-date information on stock availability. However at the time of placing order, the title was appearing as in-stock on website due to an inaccuracy in stock data being supplied by our supplier. We have immediately corrected the problem and have taken measure so that we can avoid the same problem in future. We request you to add this title in your “Notify Me” list so that we can alert you as soon as the title is back in stock. We would also get the order canceled/refunded appropriately. When customer places the order and you show him that the item is available then you commit to its availability. This happened with me also. I had placed the order for a laptop and after 2 weeks your reported that the laptop was out of stock. You cannot give excuses about the vendor and local suppliers problems. We as customer do not go and reach them for the item.
