I had ordered WIld Republic Toy on 12th September 2012 and my order number is[protected]. while ordering the product was in stock and available. I made the payment and called the customer care regarding the delivery. She told me that the delivery will be done in 7-8 days max, but where as on their websites it was mentioned 4-5 working days. I requested them to do the delivery ASAP. I called the Customer Care again on 17th September and they told that delivery will be doe in 2-3 days time. yesterday they called me and told that the product is not in stock now. Were they sleeping till now. How much time it takes to check the status of the product with the vendor. They are cheating people. They take the money for the product and than they say the product is not in stock. They are cheating people. Its happening 2nd time with me. First time it happend, i thought its fine, but these things cant happen again and again. First time also when i had ordered the product it was available and even when they told me that the product is not in stock, i checked their website and it was showing the status of in stock for the same product.. Isn't it cheating with the consumers.. And when it comes to refunds.. it will take another 8-10 days minimum upto 1 month for the refund to happen.. Really going on with Homeshop..
