[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Replacement of product | |||
Hi Homeshop 18 Team, WRT to above mention order no. i had purchase Delta Q20 Touch Screen mobile in month of April 2010. I found the service was quiet good & the product was delivered to me within the said time. After 6months i started facing problem with the cell phones as follows: 1. Touch screen not working properly from right side of the screen. 2. While typing SMS the keys "A,Z,ok" are not working press at all, not even with the stylus. 3. Back panel cover of the phone has got loose coz of which is coming out while using it. 4. When mobile is on silent mode & if i get call @ that time it vibrates. If i disconnected the cal the vibration still goes on & have to restart the phone to stop it from vibrating. 5. Mobile gets hand or restart in between. For all above issue I had open complain with your customer care on 14th Oct 2010 & got complain no. 5920108 stating that the phone will either be repair or replace base on the kind of issue m facing. I sent my cell phone to the said address on 15th Oct 2010 with a letter explaining the details of the above issue. I got a call from the vendor on 19th Oct 2010 asking for the issue with the cell. He also lied that there is no letter in the box. I told him the details & he said he will check & taking action accordingly. Finally after calling customer care for status on this I came to know that it will take another 7-8 working days for resending the cellphone. When i called up after few days I spoke with floor supervisor Mr. Abhishek Kumar who told that the cell is going to get replace for which they are waiting for an approval from concerned department & as Diwali was also it will take 10-12 working days for the same. After few days again when i follow up I came to know that approval has come & the cell phone will be dispatch in 7-8 working days. Finally after waiting for long 40 days I got the cell phone back & I was surprise to see the same phone back again & that too in the same condition & same issues. No change were found. I could only observe that the phone was reset to factory settings which i could have do anyways.I also found the the letter of complaint which i wrote while sending my cell at first which vendor said he didnt got any letter. So even the vendor lied to me. I wonder why the hell my cell was kept with you for 40days without doing anything & why was i given wrong information saying that my cell is going to get replaced for which approval has been giving from higher management? This was my worst experience of mine with homeshop18. What kind of service is Homeshop18 giving.You are good at selling product but dont know how to serve to customers? Does your teams work this way giving false commitment to the customers. If this is so then i would prefer taking product from the roadside hawkers who are more better then you. On 24th November I called up you customer care and have been told that I will be getting a call by 26th Nov evening as to what is the further action to be taken on this issue. Please note: If you dont want to give replacement/repair of the cell please let me know so that I wont chase you please any more & also make sure I never deal with such cheaters in future & save other people as well. This is for the second time I am complaining against Homeshop 18 regarding the replacement of my product. I complained on 15th April but there was no response from your side. I have not get any call or solution to my problem yet.This is really unexpected from a company like Homeshop18. I ordered for 5 Tasser Art Silk Sarees by ZOHA on 22.03.2014(product code[protected].To my utter surprise I received a totally different product
(product code[protected], suborder no[protected] from the product that I have ordered. So I send back the product through First flight courier(CN no-MU0916023) on 31.03.2014 for replacement on complaint no[protected]. I talked
to the customer care and they assured me that the product will be replaced and sent to my address within a week and the money towards courier charge will be refunded soon. But till today home shop 18 is neither giving replacement nor refund the money towards courrier charges. Is this some joke or what? Since last one month I am calling to your customer care regularly for the solution, mailing but there is no response. IN THIS WAY HOMESHOP 18 IS LOOSING THE TRUST OF ITS CUSTOMER. Please look into this matter and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.
