Homeshop18 — Micromax handset purchased has various Faults | |||
I bought this Micromax Handset (GC 360) from Homeshop18 on 14thJuly 2011. This was very first product purchased through Homehop18. I never expected that i will make such a biggest mistakes of my life. The day i received the handset from them, the technical issues were started. I have mentioned list of issues that i am having in this handset. 1. Calling Button was not working 2. Phone gets automatically switched off whenever a call comes on it. 3. Phone gets automatically switched off even if its kept idle. 4. Charging problem Same day on 14th July i contacted Customer care of Homeshop18. I started telling them issues that i was having in my handset. There was only one reply i was getting from the agent - "Please visit nearest service center." I even asked them to change the handset the same day i received but unfortunately they were not able to do so, - "As per their policies". I felt like big time cheated and someone slapped me hard on my face. i think as per their company policy - "A consumer cannot raise any complaints after receiving a faulty product. If any issue occurs consumers are requested to waste their own time and business. They are requested to run here and there for a mistake they never done.
