Homeshop18 — Damage and Incomplete Delivery | |||
On 2nd July 2011 I have ordered 1 Set (15 Pcs) of Designer Jewellary from Homeshop 18 through Teleshoping using my HDFC Credit Card ending with 0878. (Order No.9044143) The Price of the Product was Rs. 2499 But I paid Rs. 2249 after geting a discount of Rs.150 and Redeeming a HS18 Gif Voucher worth Rs.100. The Product was delayed Delivered to me on 28th July 2011, But few of them was found in defective condition. I called up the Customer care number and they adviced me to return Only the Defective Pairs to their Mumbai Address. (Complaint No.[protected] I do the same with the help of their own Courier. I returned to them 9 out of 15 pieces. After many Followups and a long waiting they returned the product but not completely they retain the deffective parts and send the rest to me. I again called the Customer care and inform about the situation. they take a long time and after more than 20 days they adviced me to return all the remaining items so that they can provide a New Set of the same. On 1st Sept. I returned all the items through First Flight Courrier at my own cost (which was refundable by HS18). Om 4th Sept I again called the Cust Care then they ackonowldge the receipt and assured me that the new set wil be sent to me within 20th Sep. On 17th Sep I got the Parcel from them. But Amazed to see that this time also they have sent the product in Deffective Condition and 3 items were missing. Again Incomplete and Damagaed delivery. I am calling them repeatidly but no positive response recieved. Now I ask them to returned my money with interst but they are not responding. Please Assist. Thanking you in advance.
