UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE BY THE DEALER

Sir,
My name is Nandesh and i am a businessman in Karwar. From your ad and also from my friend's advice I had booked an ACTIVA scooter to one of your authorised dealers SHANTESHA HONDA, HUBLI. On Monday 27th of SEPT 2010, We (my friend & me both) have gone to Hubli from karwar (200km) only to buy activa after a call made by show room to me. We meet Manager and told that we are coming from karwar please make arrangement of quick dispatch of our (2 no. activa ) vehicle. Manager (i think his name is Venkatesh) told - go and talk to our salesman he will deal you - i am busy. Salesman told it will take 6-7 hrs we told that we have purchased 5 vehicles from hubli within 3hrs (Herohonda CBZ and Pleasure and TVS- Apache) we have given references also but he was making stories by saying RTO takes min4 hrs and then our fitting accessories time ...... all these.

To save our time we told that don't fit accessory we will fit in Karwar showroom, he told that accessory fitting is mandatory, when we reached to Manager , he also repeated the same.

In the mean time a customer from Hubli was querying to sales executive that why they have not informed about his booked vehicle Manager interfere and told customer to show the call detail of his mobile number and when the person has shown then he was saying we have many booking, if you want to complain go and complain.

After fitting our accessories to our vehicle (almost after 6hrs), we saw the Temporary Permit receipt it was only of Rs110. When we again queried for this, Manager told that it is RTO's COMMISSION, you are creating problems since morning and it is enough of my passions and you should be thankful to us because we have delivered you within one day..... and all rubbish he was saying to us.When i asked him to provide us customer care number he told that- open vehicle service manual and see the number, he was not talking properly his behavior was to bad like a sadak-chap. He told go and complain......

I really wonder how come these people are siting in hot seats and allowed to take higher level position while they are too low level category people having full of attitude, no manners and don't have respect to the customers. They do neither value their customers not their time, how come such people be the manager.

I believe honda is a brand name but this type of behavior of a Manager results with the bad reputation of the Company

Kindly take an action against Showroom to save ur Business and customer .

am using activa but am not getting why its giving milage 30 per litter pls any one tell me whats the problem with it i changed oil also

Dear sir,
I booked honda active in Vishnu Honda scooters in Isakathota Visakhapatnam (AP). I was asked to give cheque for 58, 500/- for develivering the vehicle. when I asked when the vehicle will be delivered the sales man said that I will be intimated in two or three days time .
I specificically aksed him to inform me before, while fitting accessories like seat cover grips etc. He said he will do so. After three days when i visted show room my vehile is ready with all fittings and some the things he did not fitted. I took the vehicle, after three days I found the fittings were not proper when is asked the dealer he simply said you could sit with the mechanics while fitting the exta fittings. While first servicing also he did not attend the problems i infromed him like handle was tight front box was not proberly fitted etc.
While second servicing also I was to move pillor post to get my vebilce after servicing I gave the vehicle in the morning 10.AM and scheduled to give at about 1800 hours, but to my surprse the vebicle was water serviced at 1730 hours in spite of repeated rreminders the mechnic just finished the job with 30 to 40 minutes and delivered the vehicle. Even for this I have to meet manager. whole staff feels that they delivered honda activa for customers at free of cost and do servcing at free fo costs. when ever I go in the mornng may people wiill be shouting the mechanics for poor serving of vehicles .
Many staffmembers are arrogant and not customer pleasing.
This is stae of affairs at Vishnu honda dealer at visakhapatnam
My vehicle numbers is AP 31BP 5932 G PRAMEELA.

I will be thankful if could reply for my complaint

Dear sir,

I have booked for an activa with Purakel motors Kottayam and they collected full payment on august 26, 2011 and said that the vechicle is in transit and in a week time the vechicle will be delivered.Now almost a month after there is no response from the above agency.I need an immedte answer from the company on this.

Honda activa as the company should answer for the delears acting iresponsible for vechicle delivery.I booked a hona activa with purackel motors, Kottayam few months ago.I made full payment for the scooter on 26th august 2011.Now after a month time there is no update from deler on the delivery.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked your Honda Activa (White colour) on 04/11/2010 at M/s Adithya Enterprises, Calicut.Kerala
He promised me to give delievery within 8 manths, & if i do full payment of 51, 864/- he will be delivering it with in 10 days & I did the full payment on 29/09/2011 but till now they are not delivery the vehical, every day they give some or the other excuse.
Pls take nessseary action immediately.

They r delivering Vhicles to Whome They Want Without Any Bookings so & also Many of My Friends
Have Very Bad Opinon on Bilgundi Motors Like They Are Providing Vhicles Same Day on extra Payment
Appart From Showroom Price, ( Including All Charges ). Last One Month I visited 07 Times to ur Dealer
But Nothing Wil Happened. they Are speaking To Custemers Bad Words & also They Do not have any
Responsibelity to Respect to Custemers.
I Hope You People Can Undestand My Problem Hope fully u r Responding Properly On dis
If I am Not Geting Today any Reply from ur side Tommorrow I am Going To Book SUZUKI Access 125.

In continuation of my earlier complaint dated 31 may 2011 regarding poor services rendered by the dealer Shree Krishna honda, Rohtak causing damage to the scooter(activa) parts(pinion) while servicing scooter no. HR 12 E 0231. I am very sorry to that no reply/comments are recived from the company or the dealer . I have purchased the AMC from the dealer at Rohtak on 31/5/11 i handed over the scooter for servicing . All the parts are in proper working condition.In the evening i was told by the sevice manager Mr. Khanna that the pinion of the scooter was broken.I was shocked & lodged the complaint on e-mail to honda website they told that you will recive a message/reply soon but no reply was made to me till date . I visited the dealer time and again and lodged the complaint in their complaint register also, during my last visit to the dealer no comments were written in the complaint register also now the service of the scooter is again due butr i am affraid to hand over the scooter for servicing to the dealer.As they asked me that any loss/damage to the part of the scooter during servicing is on the cost of the customer and not the service provider in the present circumstances i am not unable to continue the AMC please refund my AMC charges and the cost of the pinion damaged by the servicing staff on 31/5/11 otherwise i will be compelled to knock the door of the consumer court. Hoping for reply soon.

sir, i have baught honda activa on 5/7/2011from om honda automobiles bramhapur orissa. after 15 days self start system did not worked, when we contacted to dealer he told battery is poor, and he recharged it. after one week it again not worked and he do the same. and he done it again and again for next 3 months. now one week back dealer told us for change of battery and it will take one month for replacement. is this quality of service you having? does we bring it to see it in our parking for one month. please reply me. and if you could do anything please solve my problem either also close these sites for complaints

Dear Sir,

I have purchased the HONDA ACTIVA, form Authorized dealer M/S. B.U.Bhandari-Vimannagar, Pune. as on 06.10.11 vide Reg no MH-12 HK -626, as per Scheduled the First Free Sevice is due as on 29.10.11. As per Scheduled date i was visited the same service station twice on that date but to due Diwali there is Leave from 28th to 30th oct 11. i was called for Service for another date and Supervisor given me the date as on 05.05.11, as per schduled date i have given my scooter the same date .

The service engineer is denied for first free services due to lapse of the day i.e.29th October 11.

on the same ground i am fully disagree and disappoint for this type of answer .you are request to resolve my problem and ask for to accept the First free service coupon to avoid the future communication and satisfaction

I purchased a Honda Activa (white) in the month of nov 2010 from SHIVAM MOTORS bhubaneswar. After third service i notice that there was a leak from the battery and as a consequence the front mud guard began to look very shaby.
I am requisting u to change the mud guard alongwith the battery .
Wating for your kind reply.

hai Me Arun Frm Thiruvananthapuram I have 2 Honda Activa 1st model & 2nd but new activa is too smooth but there is a very big problm we caun't get any spaire parts my activa's left brake liver knob broken but i did't get it frm any where when i reached to Marikar Motors Showroom they say that we didn't get the spare parts of new Active expecialy Liver i thought that new activa doesnt have strength

I bought one activa honda 6 days back.Compare to my bike, it is a joy riding it in traffic.Very smooth flow and I enjoyed it.But my fuel guage is now not working .I completed hardly 225 kms and the indicater buzzer also stopped working.It is new experience.My suzuki is giving a trouble free ride for the last 12 yrs.Now I plan to go to consumer forum.

mene apni gaadi 2/07/11 me sumedha vehicles gwalior se purchase ki ... lekin gaadi me fuse or battery problem aarhi hai kaafi tym gaadi repairing k liye ja chuki hai lekin problem sort out nhi hui hai ... gadi ka job carried out no.21/01/11 9102 nd 21/03/12 11066 hai... aap urgently koi action le warna hume consumer form jana padega

Sir,

I am an officer in Kerala government service. I belong to Kozhikode. I booked a white Honda Activa on one of your dealer ie. Adithya Enterprises, Nadakkavu, kozhikode, Kerala on 24/11/2011 vide receipt No. AE/CLT/11/5115 by paying Rs. 1000. But they called me only on 25.04.2012 to remit the full amount.I remitted Rs.53731 vide Rt. No. 12-19/01062 as balance amount on that day itself. On that they told me that the vehicle will be delivered within two weeks. Since there is no response from that end I called them over mobile phone on 9.5.2012. They told me that registration process of vehicle is completed and the vehicle will be delivered in that week itself. But they not even call me after that. I called them again on 14.5.2012 and asked them why not they deliver the vehicle promptly, but the delivery section in-charge responded irresponsibly. During this period they delivered several vehicle to the persons who booked the vehicle after me. I had' nt received the vehicle till date(15.5.2012)

Awaiting the appropriate action against the dealer concerned and a reply regarding this.

PURCHASE NEW BIKE ON MARCH2012 NOW ITS ENGINE IS BLOCK I HAVE SEND TO KURLA SERVICE STATION ON 19JUN2012 THEY GET BACK TO ME ON 23JUN 2012SAYING NO OIL ON ENGINE BUT AS I HAVE DONE FIRST SERVICING ON 740 KM AND ENGINE OIL THEY CHARGES FOR THE SAME SO WERE THE HELL OIL GONE ITS REALY PAIN TO FOLLOW UP WITH HONDA PEOPLE NOW THEY ARE SAYING TO PAY 10000 RS FOR WHAT I DONOT KNOW IF THIS THINK NOT BE SLOVED IN A24HRS TIME I WILL FILE COMPLIAN AGAINST HOND IN CONSUMER COURT

Dear sir,

I Mrs. Shanthi residing at Palavakkam purchased a vehicle of make Honda Activa color black bearing registration number TN07BH8813 in the year Aug'10. After my purchase I regularly done free servicing at your concerned servicing center. But during every free servicing I found the lackness as well as casual attitude from technician and supervisor side because of free service concern. Even I found the same attitude in the servicing procedure as per schedule while payment service. Hence, after repeated complaints about this I found no change in the procedure and every time they made without proper response to my complaints. By this casual attitude has lead engine problem within a short period of usage. This reflects poor quality of your product and servicing . As you know engine problem is a major problem and the same I am facing since week . Recently when I approached your servicing centre at thiruvanmaiyur, chennai I found my vehicle engine got ceased . And the manager Mr.Mohan demanding action for this attitude in the form of money by the act of threat. He is repeatedly uttering fault towards me. How come a mettallic product like engine which comes under warranty becomes damage within a short period if it's so it should have been done on your own . If it's a problem definitely there is some material failure in your product. By knowing this, I gave a telephonic message to stop rectifying problems but the manager uttered saying they made a special working effort towards my vehicle in the holiday hours, at the same time Mr.Mohan manager demanding to pay and vacate the vehicle within no time for their valuable non-working service. Mr.Mohan repeatedly insisting that working hours during ganesh chaturthi (19 sep 12) was specially made to make my vehicle serviceable. Since then I am in mental pressure hence, I request you to kindly take appropriate action towards my problem and give favourable action at the earliest. Otherwise I have no option other than approaching Consumer forum for the solution.

I have purchased HONDA ACTIVA by name & raliability of HONDA. I Adesh kumar had gone for service at PARASNATH HONDA agency at PANIPAT.i regret to say that the response of the service superviser & owner of the agency is very shameful.
1. He was using a loose engine oil. When i asked for sealed oil, he said we have only this oil.if you don't want this you purchase it from market.
2. When i asked for complain book, he replied, What is complain book ? I don't know anything about it.
3. When i asked for phone number of upper authority to lodge complaint, He said we have not any numbers.you find it yourself & Do anything you want to do, you can not do anything against me & my agency.I phase such other comments & arguments for about one hour.
4. Even there is no light in agency.Generator was disconnected.
We all customers are purchasing vehicles to see your name & relliability.But when your dealers act like this we feel that why i purchase this? we are going to agency for quality & relliability otherwise there are lacs of local mechanics in India.If agency make cheeting & you don't take action, it will be affect on the company.If they don't fullfil your criteria, why you are giving dealership to this type of person.If they fill the criteria at the time of inspection, Is there any procedure to check time by time?
Sir I am very disappointed by the deal of your dealer, So Please Take necessary action to solve this problem & it will not happen to any other customer in future.i am sending this mail to you for hoping your positive response.

I WENT TO 3000 SERVICE AT HONDA MATRIX MOODBIDRE. I FOUND SCRATCHES ON FRONT MUD GUARD AFTER FINISH THE SERVICE.WHEN I EXPLAIN TO MANAGER I DONT KNOW THE MANAGER WHICH HE IS IN HOT SEAT HE ALSO" "SADAK CHAP" .HE DENIED, AND SOME STAFF FORCE ME TO SIGN THE JOB CARD THAT "I AM SATISFIED".BY FOCE I SIGNED BUT IM NOT SATISFIED .FIRST TIME I FACE THIS KIND OF MENTALLY HARASSMENT .SO I AM NOT COMFORT WITH THIS SERVICE.IF U WANT I WILL SEND PIC WHERE IT DAMAGED ON MY VEHICLE.STAFFS ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.RUDE NATURE.THIS KIND OF SERVICE ITS THREATENING TO US.I WILL NOT BUY LIKE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.I HOPE THAT I WILL GET JUSTICE FROM YOU & I HOPE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND MY SITUATION.

Is there any solution for Honda Activa Servicing.
what a ridiculous & very terrible & horrible service provided by PRATIK HONDA VASHI NAVI MUMBAI
MY ACTIVA NO. IS MH-43-AG-8613. Living at koper khairne purchasing a bike from Pratik Honda Near by home & then they give address for servicing of there own service centre at APMC Near Avlon high School.
1. We faced a lots of problems from taken delivery to servicing the Activa.
2. We taken a AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) from Pratik Honda. after Free servicing they started to haressing us.
3. Every time they are aying that you have to spend extra money for servicing after paid AMC.
4. They never pick up there phone for advance booking of servicing & when we go directly we have to wait at least for an hour.
5. After servicing they call us twice or thrice a day to collect the activa from there centre but when we reached always we have to
wait for an hour because there excuses like still pending for washing etc.
6. Yesterday on 08/01/2013 i paid extra rs. 750 for servicing but today i hv to TOW my ACTIVA by a private garage & still its
there for RE-SERVICING because PRATIC HONDA only taking charges but service is in minus not even 0
7. Now the are not afraid from any complaints because there is no service centre near by them & they are doing there fraud
business very nicely.
8. The Licence/agency should be cancelled after verifying these directly or from other sources.
9. They are very rude & sh-rude with all the people specially with ladies & old age peoples never want to listen anything.


I HIGHLY NEED YOUR CO-OPERATION FOR THIS PLEASE DO SOMTHING FOR THIS PRATIK HONDA VASHI NAVI
MUMBAI PLOT NO. 27. SECTOR 28 VASHI. SERVICE CENTRE ADD: PLOT NO. 37SECTOR 19E NEAR AVLON HIGH

The vehicle bearing reg no TN 05 AQ 6048 was purchased on 4.9.2012 from SVM MOTORS PVT LTD kilpauk, chennai :10.Since purchasing, the vehicle was taken for repair to SVM HONDA SERVICE CENTRE nearly ten times including two free service . Inspite of personally meeting General Manager of SVM MOTORS PVT LTD regarding the worst condition of vehicle, no effective solution has been made so far . The vehicle was finally given on 4.2.2013 for repairing the front wheel and was delivered on 8.2.2013. As on date the vehicle has covered 3170 km .

Within a span of 5 months, I am suffering more mental and physical torture . If any un towards accident occurs due to technical lapse or problem of vehicle HONDA MOTORCYCLE& SCOOTER INDIA PVT.LTD and SVM MOTORS PVT LTD kilpauk chennai- 10 are fully responsible .
It is also to be informed that, it is highly foolishness to take the vehicle again and again to SVM MOTORS PVT LTD.
Your are requested to give explanation within fortnight from the date of this message, failing which suitable compensation will be demanded through consumer forum.
