FUEL GAGE IS NOT WORKING

dear sir madam
i purchased a honda activa on 22-2-2010 from empire automobiles batinda with invoice no.09IN01826.dear sir/madam its fuel gage is not working mean its fuel meter which tell us how much fuel is in tank .i visit so many times to repair it but they never to fix the problem & always give me a temprary soluation.many times i was cheated by fuel meter.it show fuul tank even it was empty.
plz help me to fix my problem.the scooter is in warranty period of 1 year.
