NON DELIVERY HONDA ACTIVA

1. delay in the delivery of honda activa
sir,
I want to log a complain against dealer Rajahmundry I have booked one honda activa at the above mentioned agency on 23.9.2010 vide receipt No.30/44 with cash payment of Rs.10,000/- at the time of booking from that day till 29.3.2011 they never called to me for any delay in the delivery.
Kindly instruct the concern to deliver the vehicle immediately
