[Resolved] Honda Activa Scooter — Undue delay in delivery of vehicle | |||
I had booked for a new Honda Activa Scootter in my wife's name on 21/04/2010 when the delivery period was specified as 4 months. But 6 months have elapsed now and the company has not even cared to inform my booking status. It is learnt that lots of other factors viz., recommendations, personal obligations and fancies play a big role in reducing the delivery period. Full payment bookings are given preference over bookings made with Rs,1000/. (If the staff had asked me to remit the full amount at the time of booking, I would have done that). The vehicle has captured the market, no doubt, but no product can maintain the monopoly beyond a reasonable period. I am sure that I will not get even a courtesy reply from the Company (Honda) but this is just to have the satisfaction that I have expressed my feelings!! Was this information helpful? | |||
