[Resolved]  Honda Bike — warranty claim

Dear Honda Manager,



I know the name of Honda in Automobile Technology is very bright but when we produce thousands o[censored]nit bikes and in a one bike with some manufacturing defect is supply and not to identity till selling than on who purchase this defective unit and after taking on road one or two days the bike may be problematic in spite of joy than what I draw a beautiful picture in my mind of Honda, let’s come to the problem.

I Pravin Kumar purchased “Honda CB Twister” bike from ‘STNAM Honda Jaipur (Rajasthan)’ on 17/10/2010 after purchasing two days, I feel that in gear shifting. I feel problem and bike takes strokes and when I drive it on a speed of 50 – 60 Km/h than bike takes more strokes, I fear and go to “SATNAM HONDA” about this problem but they manipulate me that this is new bike and parts of bike is not in our store, we will repair bike when parts come, I regularly complain about this problem upto till date.

To all showroom Employee but no one take this seriously when takes bike on 3rd Service than suddenly they become very humble and say that sir your bike’s missing part is in now in our store that inspect the bike in front of me but not told me another problem when I sitting from three hours after they told me sir you going your home we will call you after work completion but I am shocking after hear a call from them side in evening your bike is having more problem than we inspect after all things done by them but problem is still on the desk. So please sir, is this my fault? That I purchased a bike of your company when customer is not satisfied with your service and Can I not complain about manufacturing defect is it not in my right please reply me ,How to take this for me.

honda shaine bike — warranty claim

I m Ketan M Chauhan from Mehsana(gujrat) i have honda shaine bike and bike's insurance by company because i have purchaged 4/02/2009 last 8 month.now my bike accident on 11/01/2010. ihave submitted my bike in showroom on 12/01/2010 and deliverd 18/01/2010 but........ submit time i have talking with enginear my bike's back side wheel are out but deliver time not chang bikes' wheel because sarveyer not accepet this wheel in insurance claim(this say showroom person) . now i have complain in honda company and hi say second time submite your bike in show room. we are chaking this wheel but i have allready talking on same time ane clean see bike's wheel very out now this time on 26/01/2010 show room person say sarveyer not accepet this wheel problem in insurance claim.now third time i have complain in honda company but showroom persone is not solw my bike's back side wheel problem.my bike's wheel are working out side

I purchased Honda Shine bike from Dhruvdesh Honda Showroom in 2008 it has been 2 years now. when I purchased the bike I had opted for 5years extended warranty, they did not give me the warrant card or booklet, I came to know this just 3 days back when I give my bike for a service at Dhruvdesh Honda service center-Gokul, The engine bore and pistons were worn out which need to be changed because of the careless service, they told it will cost around `.5000/- when I went claim it from the extended warranty they asked for the booklet of extended warranty which wasn’t given to me while purchasing the bike, they argued with me telling that the book is issued to me which they didn’t issue the extended warranty booklet, they emailed to Honda Regional office Bangalore requesting for the booklet/enquiring if the booklet is issued to me or not, next day the Honda Regional office Bangalore replied stating that the booklet is not issued to customer (to me), I collected the booklet same evening for which I had to travel around 40 Kms from my home and to the showroom and then to the service station in bus which I think is not acceptable as a customer’s prospective. and went to service center give the book to the supervisor at service center he started telling the different reason again with the wrong service records, saying this cannot be claimed in a warranty as the bike was not serviced for 1year before the last service, I did not miss to service my bike as on time, it has been 5 days now I left my bike for service but still the bike is not serviced.
I have seen many customers complaining about the bad service at Dhruvdesh Honda Showroom-Gokul.
I always get my bike serviced in the same place. I used to complaint that the bike is making lot of noise, which they ignored telling that the sound is correct/have no problem in it and they did not fix the sound problem. My bike had a louder noise when compared to other bike but the service engg told that every bike will not sound the same which I think is technically correct. After several services my bike engine was making different noise again I give for service which they did not fix.
I would request the authorities to take this matter seriously and compensate for my inconvenience that I have gone through.

I have given for service on 1st march 2011, after that i got the following problems
1) Engine noise
2 ) Poor milage(30km/ltr)
3) Chain sound
4) Handle shake
5) Vibration in head light
6) Play in accelator lever
7) Gears became very hard
8) There is sound in 3rd Gear
Immediately i have complaint to them next day(2nd Mar 2011) but have not done any thing,
And again immediately on 5th Mar 2011 then they have rectified some problem BUT STILL MIALGE IS VERY POOR (34km/ltr)
BEFORE SERVICING IT WAS VERY GOOD CONDITION BUT SERVICING I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY

WHAT SHOUD I DO NOW PLEASE TELL ME ASAP.

This is regarding Honda Twister which I bought in august 2010 and within 3 months I have to change my clutch plates that too on payment. The story does not end here. again in march 2011 they are saying me to change the clutch plates. In last 6 months this is the 2nd time have to change the clutch plates. The reason they are saying I do not know driving but I want to clarify them that i am driving my hero Honda splendor+ from last 4 years and such things never came up. The servicer Pratul Honda Hyderabad is not having the parts. They are buying default parts from outside and just changing with the original ones. They are cheating the customers. There is a team of Swamy, Mahesh and his manager Giri, all are just exploiting the customers and moreover they are getting the support of Pratul Honda owner. I do not expect such a horrible service from such a renowned brand that is going to spread its wings across the country. The servicer Pratul Honda is just spoiling the image of this brand.

This is Ankur srivastava, I perchsed a Honda Twister byk from BEEAAR honda showroom Lucknow on 27th Aug'10.. It has been completed approx 1.5 years but m totly unsatisfied by the service provided from service center…I m having the following problem continuesly ….
1. Front shocker problem(making a lot noice whenever run throgh the road holes)
2. Engine howk problem while I did not run my byk more then 70 speed.
3. Gear problem.
4. My battery was in bad condition then ur service center replaced it, I don't know they replaced or was doing fake commitment because m still having the same problem...
5. & Mainly average problem which is decresing day by day dat time my byk's milage is 31km/lt, while ur complany claims for 70km/lt…
6. I always bring my byk in 2 months n changes my engine oil on every servise….

I complains whenever bring for service but always got that problem …. Please do the needfull and concern on this on 1st prority & REVERT ASAP…Otherwise I will have to take any other action...
