Dear Sirs ,

subject: Rusting HONDA City zxi vtec

I'm afraid to write this that a Product of HONDA(Honda city ZXi ,DL 4C AB 7532) which I bought in Feb ,2006 is getting serious rust. Talk about any part either interal or external you can see rusting.

I believe that I have done all my services on time at same time I had extended warranty also till Feb 2010 , I raised the same concerns 1 year back when the rust was minor but dealers of Wazirpur Honda ignored that complain and now after service done at Moti Nagar HONDA my door locking system also is not working . I was careful to follow the instructions for use, honestly.

I have always believe in Honda’s excellence but the photos of the car will reveal that Honda not only hurt my pocket but also image in my society. I'd be grateful if you could find an appropriate solution for the car as soon as possible either in terms of replacements or compensation for the same.
I really appreciate your help.
