#1900,sec-32-A Chandigarh road LDH Feb17,2013 The manager pioneer honda subject-complaint regarding poor services and delay in redressel of complaint sir, i am writing to complain about the poor services of your service centre at pioneer honda, shree dadu auto pvt. ltd.@ GT road, dholewal,ldh. pb we bought an activa white from the above mentioned service centre on jan.7,2013 with following details invoice no. 12IN05660 Temporary no. PB10DX(T)3176 engine no. JC44E5719586 MODEL- ACTIVA (SCV110B) frame no. ME4JC448MC7719780 The very next day we went there with a compalint that it's engine was making sound but our complaint was not paid attention to and excuses was made. we went 4-5 times in a month and finally they kept the activa on feb.8,2013. it's been 9-10 days that it is there at the service centre and the attached pictures are showing the conditions of the activa .Watching the conditions we have disagreed to take it back and get it exchanged with new one because we are not satisfied with the services. Moreover the personal there don't know how to attend the customer and they are calling us again and again and behaving harsh and rude and forcing us to take it from there.Nitin sharma, the representative of your company have disapproved even to hear to our grevience Please look into the matter personally and take a positive action as soon as possible else forcingly we will have to knock the door of consumer court.
