I am a valuable customer of your esteem organisation HONDA, I own an activa no. Dl 6S AD 9558 which startt having severe knocking sound since last month, so i decided to visit your service center (JB honda , anand parvat , delhi) on 29-04-2012, they told me CAM problem is there so they need next two days, but they haven,t looked at problem for next 2 weeks by arguing that manpower shortage despite my every day followup.
This make me to share the same issue with your customer care and after there intervention i got my scooter back on 16-05-2012, knocking has gone but scooter's feel has gone and it start give sound & feel as if i was driving 10 year old chetak or NV spl. along with Engine oil leakage is noticed.
This compelled me to visit your service center again, so i had to take a leave from my office, at service center they resolve engine oil leakage but for feel and sound they argue that it is normal.
and apart from that they mis assemble my footrest as i shown in picture.
I am an Below knee amputee, who has only mean of commutation is your ACTIVA, It is immensely painful for me to board a govt. bus or commute through private CAB and walk for that distance to me my office.
Your activa gives a great sense of self independency as well as confidence in me but this whole soap spoil not only relations but trust lavel in you.
I got your id from internet and having strong feeling that you may help me out from this harassment otherwise i'll go to consumer court.

After waiting for almost two weeks and two days i got my activa when you intervene thanks for such a kind hearted effort & customer supreme policy, but still i got problem of engine oil leaking.
This make me to come again at your state of art service center today..
Would you please explain what was so hurry after taking two weeks you deliver things half done. Why after taking one extra day for field testing it couldnt be notice.
I start doubting the competency &customer handling of honda and intense feeling is growing like your values, committment are stay in japan & for japanees only.
I am an handicap person with below knee amputation, i have to take today,s off from my office and it is quite painful for me to drive those miles and wait for my scooter to repair.
Out of my dignity i have to mention that & at the same time i feel cheated & harassed and surely present this case of mismanagement and shear carelessnes to the rest of people and take this matter to the consumer court.
This is the bitter & dissapointed experience .
