Faulty Petrol Cock

I have purchased Honda Shine on 07-02-2011 from Punjab Honda-Ahmedabad. I have reported problem of petrol cock not functioning properly on 02-03-2011 and requested for replacement. Since last 1 month they are saying that petrol cock not in stock and also not replied satisfctory. My Vehicle Registration number is GJ1-MP-2066. Please help for replacement of faulty petrol cock
