[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

NO PROPER CO-OEPERATION FROM SERVICE STATION

Sir,

I have bought HONDA Shine Motor Cycle (Engine No: JC36E 9012487, Frame No: ME4JC36 4M68008073 from PEEYEM HONDA, Kannothumchal, Kannur (District), Kerala, India, on[protected]. It was next day I realized there no bolt on Kick starter as well as the Kick starter was an old one. I complained this problem to the particular showroom and only bolt was fitted.
After each free service there were some complaints (eg. Either not fitted the battery terminal screw or loosening of the clutch etc) I used to go again after each service.
Service schedule details
First Free Service on[protected]
Second Free Service on[protected]
Third Free Service on[protected]
Forth Free Service[protected]
Fifth Free Service[protected]
Sixth Free Service[protected]
When last paid service was over[protected] there is no smoothening in driving.
When I go through it I found that brake adjustment and chain were too tight and handle adjustment is in the wrong position, also back shock absorber were not clearly adjusted.
When I went there to correct the faults, they told that the back shock absorber is weak.
I have covered only 19500 Km only and single use only.
After the last free service I felt some fault in shock absorber, I suspect that they have change my shock absorber with another.
I have informed these complaints to Mr.Mukundan (Mob.[protected] Service Manager PEEYEM HONDA, Kannothumchal, Kannur (District), Kerala, India) more than five times, once directly and rest through phone calls. Each time he asked the details and told that he will send details by email to the concerned authorities. Yet, I didn’t get any response from them. What shall I do…….?
They are only interested in sales. Only less facilities is available in the service station (only Five bike at a time). Whenever I reach there I could find some disputes between customer and staff. Whenever we call the complaint phone number([protected]) we didn’t get any response. Due to high demand of the commodity (Motor cycle) the less consideration to the customers (Kannur showroom) is mainly found among the staff and management now a days. I hope the company will accept this complaint and will provide solution.

WORST SERVICE PROVIDED
DEAR SIR/MAM;

At the time of buying they told they will be giving best service. After that whenever I am giving for the service each time the complaints registered there are not cleared. When I inform the manager he is pushing out these complaints after hearing. They are being done like this because they r having Monopoly of servicing honda in my district Palakad, Kerala.

I taught that it is only my problem but it is being found in each and every one serviced in Ghani Honda, Palakkad, Kerala-01.

Honda Shine — Manufacturing defect found in the vehicle,poor mileage

I have purchased Honda Shine from Palace Honda Mysore on 22.05.2009

ENGINE NO.- 9387382

There are many Problems with the vehicle as mentioned below

1. Manufacturing defect in the handle i.e, seating of the handle is incorrect resulting in imbalance while driving

2.Carburetor problem sudden opening of the throttle engine dose not respond correctly.
hence resulting in drop of power and millage(45 kmpl)

3.Poor service provided in Palace Honda.

4.Engine doesn't respond correctly and jerks are found during morning and also during night.

As I paid 52, 000 hard earned money to your company, i want my money to be refunded or the bike should be replaced as early as possible.

This was our earlier complaints in spite of replacement of parts the problem still persists. therefore its the manufacturing defect in the vehicle and hence i want to change the vehicle at the earliest

Honda Shine — oil lickage from engine block

there is oil lickege from engine block from the bying date (17 nov.2008) purchaded from millenium honda sangli problem is not solved yet after fourth servising .they are changing only packings while lickege starts from the centre of block. i am wishing for the replacementof the block
To-day I have visited Pandaya Motors, Patna for Servicing of my Eterno Schooter. They provided me date 10.08.2009 for servicing the Schooter.Today is 05.08.2009.Due to the tough competion in the market, every automobile company try to provide best services to the customer.In Patna, Your authorised daeler dont have infrastructure, suficient space for providing services to the customer. My complain is that why not get service to day itself. why after six day.

honda/shine — Service/Mileage

Dear Sir,

I purchased Honda Shine bike in 2007. I have no complaints about the bike and its performance other than mileage. The major and most suffering problem is your service. The way the management of your service centers in Hyderabad behaves is that the less staff and more bikes for service. As the service booking goes on beyond the control of staff, the quality becomes an issue. This is the way the main problem is going on since years.

Sir, please i convey to you that please go by quality of service, not quantity of service. This is the way where ur name goes by.

i hav buy your honda shine and first day i complaint to your dealer that my engine
sound after 45 km but your engr and dealer told me there is no problem
but when i put my bike in to other service centre then he told me there is
problem in your bike engine so please contact your honda dealer
but your sevice centre and your dealer cant solve my problem and
told me you hav warrenty of your engine 2yrs so can i wait for two yrs

Honda Shine — poor milege , poor service,

I have taken HONDA SHINE on 18/12/2008 from VIBHA ENTERPRISES, ALLAHABAD(U P) ( Frame No-ME4JC36 8M88073723 & Engine No.-JC36E 903107).there is few problem in my bike like
1-After 4th service bike is giving milege 35-38km/lt.
2-when i was purcheshed bike was so smooth on riding .but now it is rough on riding.
3-engine heat very early.( after driving 2-3 km )
i complained it to service center many time but nobody intrested to listen my problem.
so please look in to the matter & reply me as early as possible.

I am K.KOTHANDARAMAN, one of your customer. I would like to bring your kind notic that I purchased the Honda Shine Black(TN 05 X3467) on[protected]. Iam covered around 23000 KM. I am regularly visiting the service center for maintance at Honda service centre chennai. But past three months I had a problem with Engine. The Engine was so noisy during ride. Last month itself I service my bike twice for this problem.Its been already 6 free services and two paid services done. It is from the 7th serviceitself is complaing about BORE. I am facing this problem past three months. But finally they are High lighting on BORE and the same need to replace with the new BORE. Since the bike has not even covered 23000 KM. It would be not worth to point out on BORE.
Requesting you to treat this as urgent and resolve this isssue at the earliest kindly do the need ful and oblige.

I am srinivas from Srikakulam, i purchased honda shine bike on 15/09/09 at srikakulam showroom, hear our staff response is very poor, at the time of the bike delivery all are pending safty rod guard and tank cover now still today not received these items, how can i ride with out safty rod, today only receive the papers that temporary receipt copy without authried signature your people given, contacted your people by phone at the time very poor response, differrent people lifting the phone, they could not understand actual problem by lifting the phone diffrent people, so pls rectify these type of problems.
I agree with you my friend. Definitely santhosh HONDA is not working for the customer satisfaction. They know that HONDA's quality is trusted by many of customers like u and me, so we must buy at them. But good news for us, bad news for Santhosh honda is, there is another one who is starting a service center for HONDA soon in guntur city. This will definitely kick Santhosh on their back to serve the customers well

Sir, during second service I launched complaint regarding rusting in different location of the bike. The dealer has given me a written letter that the complaint has been resolved. After receiving my vehicle I rechecked my vehicle and found astonishing result. The complaint was as it is.

Plz help me out.

Honda Shine — POOR SERVICE NOT RESPONSE

Dear sir.

I have purchased one honda shine on dated 20/01/2008 fron M/S Sahil Honda Jabalpur (M.P), After six month one tyre has been brust automaticaly and I have purchaed that tyre from your service center because your service people are not hearing our problum.

And now we have observe right side footrest bracket broken automaticaly on last december 2008.That time your service people had done welding and i had paid chargeg for this welding. But now same parts agen broken from last welded place and other place also. We have seemed your service persion and discussd to them. As per him this is broken case and this is chargeble.

As per me this problum is running from waranty period and same parts had broken three time from different place. It mins this is your manifecturing fault. But your service people is not taken seriusly my problum.

Kindly I request to you pls change this parts withaut any coust. And today i have taken S.S.P. contract also for one year.

So pls helppppppppppppppppppp.............................!

i have taken my bike Honda Shine (Registration no OR -01M 3277) for its last (i.e. sixth Frees service) at Honda Service (Raj Kumar Auto Mobile TE-6 Janata Market Gole Bazar KGP )at Kharagpur (West Bengal) . The vehical was taken by the service provider at 1100 hrs on 23 octd 2009 for servicing ( vide Job Card No 2676 dt 23 Oct 09) and delovery time was given 1730 on the same day. At the delivery time, i was told that vehical service is done and engine oil has been changed but, when i checked the vehical 's horn, which was not working prior to service, then i was told that service was not done.
so i was forced to collect the vehical unserviced .
while way back to My Institute (IIT Kharagpur) on the way my vehical got stopped as all the petrol (appx 2 litres) was taken out during its halt at the Showroom.

All this give a bad impression about HONDA,
