[Resolved]  Honda Shine — Poor Service and Customer Care

My Name is Madhu Babu k, I have Purchased a Honda shine (Geny Grey ) two wheeler Vehicle on[protected] from SRI KANAKA DURGA Honda , # 40-1-130, M.G.Road, Vijayawada - 520010, Tel:[protected],
while driving i have observe that my Fork wheel is rotating very hard , immediately i rushed to service center and asked them adjust that, but they responded like all these problems will be addressed at the time of 1st service (which is a first free service will be done after 750km of ride ), so they are asking me drive the vehicle as it is up to 750km and come for service, if i drive the vehicle as it is Certainly it leads accident,
The guys at show room and service center are not at all responding properly, they are talking in a very arrogant way,
can u please suggest me how can i get justice for this

i Faizan Anwar purchase a new honda shine on 12 of october 2010 from vibha honda Allahabad (UTTAR PARDESH) SINCE i purchase this bike i am facing lots of sound problem from the engine portion which is unsimmilar with the other honda shine bike, suddenly i inform it to the nearest honda service station but there was no response given by the service manager and there staff .


so kindly help me in solving my problem.

Honda Unicorn is the most smoothest (even smoother than R15 & ZMR( I have them both), comfortgiving commuter bike having a milage of around 46-52 km/l in Kolkata roads.Has got a top speed of 116km/hr when milage drops to 35 km/l. But who wants to buy it after having a taste of the Todi Honda service centre, the only service centre of kolkata. They only change the engine oil in the name of service, treats the customers as street dogs. They fits the parts of a different bike and says parts have been replaced. Please do something otherwise the goodwill of bike will also be unable to attract customers, and nawadays the competition is getting stiffer.

I am kumar, I bought HONDA SHINE in KEERTHI MOTORS, NH7 krishnagari road, Hosur-635109 on 09/05/2009. After a couple of weeks humming(or) noisy sound from the engine.
I am regularly visiting the service station till now four free service and one paid service would have been done.But still the same problem exists.My wheelers MODEL:CBF125Q,

Every time i asked the service personals they said next service noise won't come, but still i have same problem, i am not satisfied with their response.

Sub: Power Steering Pump Failure
I am owner of the Honda Civic Car reg. No. DL4CAH-1739
I had been facing problem with the staring. I had approached your Sales & Service centre at Peera Garhi under the name of Rind Road Honda, Delhi. I had purchased the car from the same place and the car was being services by them. I have purchased the extended warrantee from them as well. The Car is still covered under the same.
On checking the car they told me that the steering pump had fault replacement of which would cost apx. 35, 000.00. But they stressed upon that the fault / cost was not covered under the warrantee.
On approaching the other service centre South End Motor at Badarpur, Delhi, I was informed that the fault was covered under warrantee but I should go to Ring Road Honda for the same.
I took the Car back once again same day. The car is with them since then. They informed me that the faulty part will be replaced but after the same would be inspected and approved by the surveyor.

After the Car is was lying with them for 5 days, no action was taken by them. After complaining to the company at [protected], the surveyor was sent to attend the car. The Car is still with them
But the surveyor turned down the coverage by citing the reason that the Car was service was 3000 km late in one instant out of 8 services in two years.
Though another service was delayed by 500Km.
I would to ask your esteem company, that I have been travelling a lot and I fail to understand, even if the car was serviced in time, the part in question is not a part which is serviced during these maintenance services.
On calling on the company I was offered a 25% discount on total bill. I do not accept this consideration by the company.
I request you to get the part replaced at the company cost. The Car has done only 42000 km. In case these parts are failing, I wonder about the quality of other parts as well. I have not bough a ordinary cheap car and I do expect the car to prove its worth.
I kindly request you to reconsider and get the parts replaced free of charge.
I will appreciate your consideration for the same. I trust being a company of high repute and would justify the reputation and satisfy your customer.
In other scenario, I will be left with no option but to approach the consumer court and other means available to me.

Hi this is Afsar jahan, I have purchased honda shine since 18tmay 2009. from your dealer named mayank honda, sigra varanasi .my vehcile no. is UP 65 AN 6951 . From the date of first service of my vechile dated 07/06/2009, regular i am facing smoke from silancer and engine problem. i have approached to so many persons of your company/dealer. but till the date 04/02/2010, no body is takeing my complaint seriously ... I am very shocked that, how can the company like honda is very irreponsible from their service ...
Honda is a veary poor company.

Up to now my bike travel 4000 Km starting onwards my bike giving milage was 40 kmpl.
I already gave complaint at Pratul Honda Workshop Erragadda. in 2nd and third Servive time.
But there is no use. Now also my bike milage was still 40 kmpl,
What ever it is my bike is not running properly.
So pls what ever you do but i want my bike on perfect condition 60 kmpl.
Because i love my bike. Bcoz its not matter of one or two rupees. its a 58, 000 rupees.
So pls respond on my complaint immedieatly and show it to senior mechanic and get it into perfect condition.
And really iam very proud of honda, but not about my bike.

I saroj kumar jha buy a Honda Shine Vehicle no-JH05AB-9690 bike in month of February-2010 but after 2nd servicing i suffering a problem of FUEL GAUGE METER INDICATOR is not working and i allready complained in my nearest dealer from 23-MAY-2010 at MOONKA HONDA, JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND. but they not give me a right service or any satisfy answer, they are saying many times parts is coming next week but they not get the parts from your company.
So kindly give a solution of my spare parts availability in nearest dealer as soon as earlier.

honda'shine — about servicing

sir,
I am buying bike in 27th dec 2009.company give me a four free servicing.
second servicing is done in the February.at that time Dealer says me next servicing on the
may month having 4000km running,but my exam at that monthso i didn't get time to free service.
also at that month bike will standing in the home having with not appropriate km.
i m going to this month dealer say that third free servicing is out of date.so,sir,
what is the basis criteria for servicing -on the km/number of days?

I, pratap kumar swain, from bilaspur chhattisgarh purchased a cb-shine bike from dream auto home bilaspur, chhattisgarh.From the beginning its fuel meter
not functioning at all. I went many times to the show room as well as work shop of that show room for repair purpose. Everytime they are saying that in a few days the parts will be available at that work shop.Three months have been elasped but the fuel meter of my bike has not been repaired till now. My name is Shinu.I booked a Honda CB Unicorn at 04/06/2010.During that time the executives told me for a period of 3 months delay to deliver the bike.Bt now till I didn't got the bike.I go to show room and ask about my bike.Bt the response from the executives in showroom is a bad behaviour and told me to come after again three months.I was hardly unsatisfied in the behaviour of the executives in the showroom.

The Local Hero Honda Dealers are not providing good service and also their behaviour with customer is very bad.............
They Charge a lot of money for against the free services of bike which are given by company.............

I am writing this mail to inform you about the experience I had while trying to purchase Honda Sine with your Delhi / NCR Dealerships. I Servicing the bike at of your dealership in Delhi/NCR but the dealer was unable to deliver the desired Service. Following I feel are back breaking for your company:

On first date of selling this bike I feel some steering noise problem in this bike,
Morning time always coming break noise when applying breaks..
Poor pick up
Poor Average
Engine heavy noise coming at 40-50kmph


All the time I have taken my bike at your dealership but every time I feel bad experience, So I have writing this mail to u because this time problem with my bike engine there is some heavy noise coming at 40-50 kmph ad it very dangerous for me or my bike, So I’ll requested to change my complete engine of my bike under warranty and taken some strict action against your service dealerships, and we have attached Scanned copy of Service Case history, invoice, warranty registration card and emission warranty contract card for your kind consideration. If you do not take any action against my mail or concern I’ll go Consumer Court …

I have taken a HONDA SHINE bike from Kannothamchal Kannur one year back

NOW i have complaint with chain spocket making noise while driving,

spare for this not avialable at Honda service Center, I have complained honda serivce centre for the replacement of the material for several time till now i have not got replaced .

Feed back from them is that no stock with them & the HONDA Company is not deliverng the material for long time .

This make a bad impression with the HONDA BIKE
