[Resolved] Honda Stunner — Service | |||
This is Abhijeet again Vehicle no.- HR 29 Y 0248, who already complained about 2 months ago regarding the service provided by Regent Honda in Sector-15 A, Faridabad. At that time my bike battery was on warranty but create some disturbance so they charged it but result remain the same. I put up the complain and the processing was stop from there side only by discussing the matter with me. Although i decide to change the service station and prefer to get the battery charged from outsider. Now after a month i again went to REGENT HONDA for servicing and asked them to change the battery and Rear mirror( for this i asked them for last 6 mnth). But at the time of job cart they told me they will change the battery and get the Rear mirror for me. but at the time of delivery they simply told "We do not have battery and rear mirror on our Stock". and every individual who purchased their vehicle from their showroom have the same complaint. I found Stunner as a waste for me and its not self start its now dhakka start. The best part of Regent honda is that every individual have attitude there. It seems like they do something great by selling the bike to us. and now we have to bear their attitude. For an inf. i need to go here and there. Mr. Girish, Great guy, dont want to listen anything. I dont know how Honda give Licence or dealership to these kind of person. But at last i left with dhakka bike and know its going further as well. Regards Abhijeet Was this information helpful? | |||

I am Abhijeet Dey. I own a stunner bike and purchased it from Regent Honda, Faridabad (Haryana). Last week i went for the service of my bike and got my bike on sunday[protected]. but my problem remain the same so i thought to have it service again. but the problem remain the same. Today on Friday[protected] i called them up and told them about my issues but they are such a illiterate person and do not cooperate with me at all. When i told them i would complain against your franchise they simply replied "GO AHEAD". It meansHonda provided these franchise full liberty of exploiting customers and play with customer money.
This time i am going to complain and spread all these about Honda companies and specially against Regent Honda, Faridabad, Sec-15. on all forums and Social networking sites. If Honda provides any of after sales services, please coordinate with Regent Honda and try to educate those illiterate that After sales Services is much more important than Sales.
Rest Its depend on you. I am doing my things, further i never suggest any of my friend to go for Honda bike or also recommend them to spread all these to their friend as well.
I send this mail to customer service of honda , but i received the same mail that i read on these forums. they also do cut, copy and paste work. I would suugest honda instead of sending this copy-Paste work, look after the matters. it would benefit their company.
