sir/madam, This is my second follow-up complain mail. Hi my name is Robin Hatia. and i have red honda twister model code:CBF110MA Owener name : Robin H. Hatia. Address : Flat no :8,plot no 225,sector no 3 ,charkop kandivali west mumbai :4000067 mobile :[protected];[protected]. Sales Date ;16/05/2011. Frame no:ME4JC72BB8106988 Engine no: JC47E0167225 DEALER INFORMATION: I dont knw his full name the employee his name is parmar,and the name of the showroom sales manager is Mr. Vijay Pandey. Their Address is OM SAI HONDA Charmoorthy Compound,Chincholi Bundar, Link Road, Malad -400064.their contact no. 28732727:[protected]. I have complain regarding the sound in the gear box as some part is supposed to be changed but still i have not got that part changed from the services center still they have not recived the that part. I also have not got proper customer servies from the showroom employee and the manager. At the time when i had purchase my bike showroom employee have deliverd me wrong bike latter the bike which was delivered was not in good condition from the very frist day there was the sound in engine which i asked them what sound is this, but the deliverery person said that the bike is new so it makes that sound and it will go slowly as i drive the bike,but the sound dint go. The bike break handel is also having scratch for that they said at the time of transport it happens. The plastic wrap were not removed properly no proper finishing was there. They delivered me some other person bike and as per Honda showroom sales manager my bike was in the showroom which i dont think so,and when asked for the same he said sorry it was a human error honda is very big company and can not efford to make this kind of mistake. Honda Twister — IRREGULARITY IN SERVICE PROVIDING FACILITY
Dear sir,I Ajay Vanvi from Rajkot (Gujarat, India) I had purchased Honda Twister motorbike from Dharti Honda Show room, Rajkot. Before some days I visited service center for service my motor bike but the person setting over there reply me that "If you want to service your bike you have to come before 9 AM." If i will reach there at 9:05 AM they reply me that "Today Entry limite of Service is over".
Please Try to understand my Problem, I am working In college as a network engineer. and i cant leave from my college only for Service bike.
Your company and service station have to improve capacity of servicing bikes per day.....
And language of your employee is very bed.

HONDA/TWISTER — about worst product and services
this is my second complain about your product and services. but i did not got any feedback from last four months,now your company is forcing me to that i am constrant to suggest my friend donot buy CB Twister because of following reasons:1. Due to long tyre and less width of tyre,the break involves skidding
2. Gear problem
3.no provision of lock for helmet
4.canot hang any bag on handle
5. service center is not having the way, private sector bost of efficincy ,today (Sat) all the public sector bank i e Canara bank ,pnb etc were opend but your service center J B Honda ,New Delhi ,was closed today.any they are not having expert Engineers or workers, who can fix any simple problem.,
this particular product CB Twister is being purchsed by middle class person who are office goer and students , so either consider the product in terms of persons who are going to use that will help your crediblity.

sirmaine jain honda jhansi se 01/04/2010 ko cv twister bike purchage ki .after one month meri bike ka mask damaged ho gaya to maine agency par jaakar manager se chane karne ki baat kahi to manager ne 15-20 din mai badalne ki baat kahi.mai samay poora hone rar agency gaya or manager se mila to manager ne compney se maal na aane ki baat kahi or ek week or intjaar karne ko kaha mai ek week ke bad fir gaya manager ne kaha abhi nahi aaya.to maiagency ke owner se mila to unhone kaha maine order daal diya hai compney jab supply kardegi tab aakar badalwa lena tab se leke aaj tak ki date mai koi proper answer nahi mila hai .mai aaj jab manaer se puchne gaya mere sathgalat behavior kiya gaya mujse kaha gaya i tum se bike kharidne ke liye kisne kaha tha kyo kharidi thi.agar maine bike kharidkar galtiki to life mai kabhi honda compney ki koi bike nahi khariduga na hi kisi o salah duga .jab costumer ki problem solve nahi kar sakte to aise logo ko agencies kyo dete ho .agar aap meri prolem solve karne mai meri help kar sakte hai to meri id.[protected]@gmail.com par ya [protected] par de sakte hai.otherwise mujhe court jana padega
