TO, THE CUSTOMER CARE Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased HONDA (TWISTER ) bike on 12/04/2010 from HASAN HONDA (ASC) HASAN ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED NO 90 , Kamarajar Salai,Thattanchavadi, Pondicherry -605009. I am having a big problem with my byke. I am not able to start the vehicle. I have given my vehicle for service on[protected] in the same place where I bought . But my vehicle is not serviced till now today.When I try to contact the service center, I am not getting satisfied response. I am a office going employee.I am badly hurt by HONDA service. I kindly request you to help me from this plight and get my vehicle back from service center in good condition as soon as possible. Honda Twister — ENGINE HICCUP
Dear sir/madam,I purchased a honda twister from sri meenakshi honda. i have a problem with the engine from the day i bought it. service center authorities are not familiar with the problem, and also they dont know the solution for it. so i want the change of the bike. i want the procedure for it.
