[Resolved]  Honda Two Wheelers — POOR customer service

I have booked Hond-unicorn on 25th January-2010 in NOBLE HONDA, ERODE, TAMILNADU-638 011. While booking delivery date they had given to me is 30 days after booking.
But still i HAVE NOT received my bike. If i am calling to the NOBLE Honda person (Mr.Jancy), she is not responding well. She was not giving the status of my booking also.
After two and half months, finally she is threatening me that, either cancel your booking or you have to wait still another two months.
This is VERY POOR SERVICE from NOBLE HONDA, ERODE BRANCH.
Please do the needful action to my bike as early as possible.

they always tell me lie.that parts has been dispatched from head office.bit they dind get actual parts.i am really very fed-up with thease kind of services what i got from ADVENT HONDA.MR.DOGRA head of parts and service agency of honda bike.who is also not responsible and not taking care my problem along with the director and manager of ADVENT HONDA.

i just want to confirm one thing that if HONDA COMPANY is manufacturing continuously and selling new bike on market.they are making new clients on dailly basis then what is the problem to resolve the problem of his existing clients...why...?
Dear Sir,
I am Rajkumar from Karur having my Honda Stunner for the past three years.
I was proudly said that i am first person intruduced Yellow stunner in Karur Town.
But, the service work is not that much of satisfied.
I booked my vehicle for service on 24.3.11.
But they hand over ed that to me on 29th march only, and without doing the proper service.
The spare part cost is Rs.324.
But the labour cost is Rs 400.
I attached the bill here also.
Even after paying more i am not satisfied with the service.
They didn't complete the complaints.
The manor complaint is Chain spracket complaint.
But due to non availability og spare part my vehicle is in my shed only.

so, my doubt is why you are deliverying the vehicles which donot have spare parts?
Please clarify my doubt and try to solve my problems as soon as possible.
This is my first mail notification only.
I am expecting your reply with in couple of days.
Otherwise i will send my another mail which will not like this...

i purchased new Honda Unicorn 6 months back after second servicing i found some black spots on fuel tank.i registered a complain against pilot honda service centre chembur.i Met Mr.kamraj(G.M) after discussion they have agreed to repaint the tank.But it's there mistake i need replacement of fuel tank.
Kindly do the needful.

Hi, this is suriya.My Honda twister met an accident on February month.Dhoom part is damaged on that time.Still now they (M.A.HONDA, Trichy) are not able to give my bike.They still ask me time to deliver.They told the reason that their Head office didnt give proper orders to them like that.Except bike, everything is very very poor to honda like service, customer complaints, and their dealers response.I didnt expect that from Honda.Kindly help me to what should i next?

Esp wen there are problems concerned to HONDA in Chennai region... I would say JSP would not respond to you. I too had many problems with JSP ambattur, and annanagar, chennai... So I would sugguest you is to make a call to the main HONDA in Bangalore and get their assistance and automatically these insane people would start responding to you...

Else you would become insane roaming and begging these JSP people

image what HONDA used to have before currently that is not at all up to the mark, to be

very precise the quality has de-graded to an extent, I had purchased one of your model

CB UNICORN on 2 OCT 2010 but to my surprise from the first day of my journey on your

product is been a pathetic experience because the handlebar is mis-aligned (it goes

towards left) from the 1st day itself and the front shock absorber (BOTH) are bent and

there is a lot of vibration from the engine (honda is not known for this I believe) and the

most irritating part of your product is the OIL SEAL has been broken after 3 months of

purchase (INCLUDING MORE TWO BUYERS WITH ME), when i approched your COTTON

GREEN service center guys (TWICE) they could not help, is this a kind of aftersales service

you provide to your genuine buyers,

This needs to be taken care of and since my bike is under warranty I need these parts to

be replaced as soon as possible.

I have a very good opinion on your company and most my friends are using Honda,
After getting good feed back from my friends and relatives I decided to buy Honda
CB Unicorn which was my dream bike. After I got appointment I brought this bike
this was the first bike in my life. I have done first service which was as per company’s
norms. After two months and around 1400 km, I observed white exhaust smoke. I immediately took the bike to dealer, they does not have patients and starts blaming that the issue is due to fuel contamination due to that engine bore affected. Dealer start asking me to pay for repairs. Which affects me mentally and reputation about the company.
Pl help me in resolving this issue because my bike not even crossed second service.

I am R.Siva Kumar residing in No12, 4th street, periyar nagar, Avadi, Chennai –600071. bought a new Honda CB unicorn from J.S.P Automotive (Thirumullai voiyal branch, Chennai) on 13th June 2011. As soon as I bought the vehicle, I found there is something wrong with the engine because of its unique sound and smoke. After driving for few days the terrible sound from the engine gradually increased. I complained to the dealer about the same. They said the problem is with the bore in the engine and need to be replaced. I asked him to replace the engine completely. He told I have to bare the charges for replacing the engine. I simply want either my vehicle or the engine to get replaced without any charges. The fault is with the manufacturing company and not with me. So I kindly request you to take necessary actions and help me solve my problem.

i was purchased a honda cb unicorn dazzler bike on sept.2010 from pilot honda, chembur, mumbai.my complaint is my bike get mileage only30kmpl. how many times i complaint to the pilot honda but they fails to do this. every time they setting something but result is zero. i have get a mileage testing from them in that time it shows a 11km per 200ml but when i fill the 1ltr petrol my mileage display shows only 31-33 km then again bike come to researve. there is not a quality mechanics/staff in the pilot honda two wheeler service center.please suggest me..

My name is Leelaprasad and i am residing in Nellore, Andhrapradesh. I found a major problem in Honda Activa at silencer connecting to engine right side case. the silencer is too weight and where the silencer connected to engine body area is too delicate. Several vehicles got the same problem and it is too expensive to rectify it. When i approach nellore Shirdi sha honda show room to buy right side engine body case, they said that they will supply the spares when the vehicle given at their service center only. Spares will not sold to out side service centers. Like me, many of the customers suffering a lot from this show room Shirdi sha Honda, Nellore, Andhra pradesh. I request the Honda to avail spares at least in leading stores where the sales is happening.

this is acharya from Kochi. My Honda Shine bike got an accident and i gave it to the Palarivottom, Kochi service centre for repair. 45 days has already been passed. However, the service centre guys say, they dont have spare parts available with them. It's really ridiculous. These guys tell, we are the dealer and not the honda manufacturer. So they dont know when they will get the spare parts from honda. I am under transfer and suffering a lot without the bike. I request Honda head office to look into the matter seriously as it will cause a great consumer dissatisfaction for honda marketing.
i have claimed my honda shine .BUT your dealer in sirsa have not delivered my bike because not a fuel tank.i have not drive my bike since one monthfive days .my mobile no.[protected].

Honda/Service — Poor Service

I want to put a complain against Prateek Honda, Navi Mumbai. The quality of service that they give is very bad. There is no adherence to the delivery commitment and very rude when we enquire about the status of the service & delivery timing. I would want to really penalise them for this. Kindly guide me
Below are the bad customer services, when I took my CB Shine for the First free service at Dr, Rajkumar road, Rajajinagar Service Centre., Bangalore..

1. Bad customer Interaction...
2. Not satisfied with the query/exact problem resolution after the Service..
3. Bad & useless co-ordination & Co-operation with Service centre guys.

Totally, I got full bad experience with the valuable brand(i.e HONDA) Service centre (Dr.Rajkumar Road service centre)...

I had get resolved my all my bike queries/problems OUTSIDE service centres...

Finally, No use of FREE SERVICES provided by HONDA Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd...

I have purchased Honda CB-Shine Disk in May, Now it’s on warranty period, Today I got problem with this, My bike had stop working, because I was on the way so I go to automobile shop, he checked my bike and told me it’s plug has not working, I don't know why it's happen, even each servicing on time, who is responsible for that type issue, service center or Honda company.
