[Resolved]  Honda Two Wheelers — Complaint of Battery under warranty period against Honda

Dear Sir, I had Purchased two wheeler vehicle (make-Honda sine JH02X8944 ) dated 13.01.2013 from Kalra Honda Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. My battery which is under warranty period got spoilt.After verbal complaint he demanded the battery for rectification on date 16.07.2013 keeping battery with him no rectification or replacement done from his end.As per my knowledge and as per warranty provided by distributor is considered from the date of purchase.Now the distributor is refusing for the rectification or replacement of the battery of my vehicle. Honda is the reputed company in market, but the reply which is I am getting from the distributor is very unsatisfactory.It will impact on the name of the company reputation as well as the poor mouth publicity.Please refer here with attachment for your reference.
