Honda2WheelersIndia — handle lock not functioning after 1st company service

Dear Sir,
On 29th of Dec. 2011, I had purchase an electric Honda Activa Scooter (Register no. MH-01 AZ-8720).
On name of Dhanraj Jain.
From Jhaveri Auto Pvt. Ltd.
Not only that I am having 2 more 2wheelers of Honda using from last seven years.
1) Unicorn (Register no. MH-01 AD-7118).
2) Honda Activa Scooter (Register no. MH-03 AE-9826).
I never face any problem in both of my 2 wheelers,
Its first time, I am disappointed because of this scooter has not performed as it should,
I had given this scooter on 7th Jan 2012 for 1st company service to Pilot 2 wheelers Pvt. Ltd.(Add:- Manjit compound, w.t.patil marg, chembure, Mumbai-400071.)
On next day came to know that its handle lock is not working & some kind of noise also there, luckily that day only I got the call from the company regarding the service is done properly or not I mentioned that my handle is not working as they told me whenever in between you got the time you go to service center your problem will be solve.
Due to some reason I can’t make it. So on 3rd April I have gone for 2nd service & said regarding the handle lock problem. I have given the scooter for the 2nd company service & mentioned the problem regarding the lock & noise, On the delivery time I have gone there to pick up the scooter the lock was not repair or replaced. For that I talk to the supervisor he answered me that you have to go to the jhaveri Auto Pvt Ltd. Service center for the replacement of the handle lock. (FROM WERE I PURCHACED THE SCOOTER)
For that I had gone to the manager (SURAJ CHAWAN) as he was not there at working office time, So I call up on his mobile he didn’t answered the call & after some time he switch off his cell phone.
As for that I have register the complaint on 3rd April 2012 in office complaint register & fill up the feedback form also.
As while talking to the supervisor of the service center they talk to me in rashly & said there is no warranty for the handle lock set & told me it is also mentioned in the service book.
As I did not get any response from the company service center. Even I did not got in written for the same, so I did not taken the delivery of the scooter till now.
For the same I had talk to western regional head office, with Mr. Sagar Kapoor,But yet I did not got a single call from the company or any kind of feedback.
I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem.
