[Resolved]  Hotel Saravana Bhavan — poor quality of food and arrogant response from the supervisor

I had lunch around 2 PM on 7th November 2011 Monday in Anna nagar Saravana Bhavan.
they make me to wait for more than 30 mins to allot a seat first. and another 10 mins for taking order. after 5 mins they serve sambar additional which i ask to the waiter. the sambar is full of salt, so i think i can go for rasam, when it is like watery and too salty. when i enquired about this to the waiter went to the kitchen and return back and say you exchange with any other. when i filed complaint to the supervisor he behave in an arrogant way and use the foul language too.

im the loyal customer for this hotel for nearly 12 years and they are behaving in this way, which is unacceptable to any one, it hurts deeply.

hereafter i wont entertain my friends and family member to entertain in this chain of hotel.

DONT GO WITH CAR AND CREDIT CARDS TO SARAVANA BAVAN KANCHEPURAM HOTEL

I[censored] GO THEY WILL MAKE U FOOL. on[protected] I (Bank employee) and my family members are went to saravana bhavan gandi road branch, in my car when i reached thehotel the security guy ask me to park my car some ware (out side the hotel premises) he told hotel had no parking place parking is owners risk. regarding this he shouted me in cheap words. afte after compleation of my dinner one of my family member ( NRI Bank employee) given his international card for bill payment, the cashier reject the card and tells problem with Ur card, and demand me to pay cash, immediately we have given another 2 cards they have replys the same . again they demand us to pay cash.
then we called the manager and we question the manager regarding about this, he also treating me as illeterates. finally we warned him that dont say silly reasons we r not illeterates we r bankers we know about card payments then why u rejecting my cards like that immediately they accept my cards. " finally my uncle(Retaired GOVT Employee) asks the manager we dont think about your pathetic service, we think we will get service like CHENNAI
for that we'll come to here, manager replys next time U dont come here, U go and get service in CHENNAI. finally we decided never go to SARAVANA BHAVAN HOTELS.
