Hello Sir,

We are five friends who are working in Accenture Services Pvt LTD in Bangalore. We have rented out a flat(Flat # 306, Pavani Oakridge, Shirdi Sai Temple Road, Munnekola, Bangalore - 560037) from Badrinath DN.

We occupied this flat on 3rd March, 2012 and given 1,50,000 as security deposit. Owner did not give us any agreement till stating that it will take time.

Now owner is asking us to vacate a flat. We do not have any issue to vacate it because it's not worth of 25,000 rent. But owner is not giving us 1,50,000 deposited amount.

Please let me know what needs to be done to get our deposited amont.
