[Resolved]  House — illegal occupier

I susheela devi owner of A-398 durga vihar,near sainik farm,khanpur,new delhi-19..i want to register a complaint against 1 illegal occupier name harish chandra arya,he captured my ground floor illegally and every day he gI'ves me mentally harassment ,i complaint about this illegal activity but no response I've received from delhi police.he doing some illegal activities on ground floor,he applied in djb and bses for water and electrical connection respectively,djb and bses helping him to get connection and he transfering on his name.
