[Resolved] Housefull Furniture — Housefull furniture delivering defective and incomplete furniture | |||
On 03 June 2012, I purchased 1 King bed, 1 Wardrobe 1 Dressing table 1 side table 1 Sofa from Housefull furniture Andheri store. My order number is HDC = 1012 / 2012 / 2016. King Bed and Dressing table were found damaged when assembly person opened the package. Also some parts of the Bed were missing from the package. So it cannot be assembled. For me it is almost TWO MONTHS of continuous calling, registering complaints and listening to totally irresponsible, absurd and nonsensical answers from HOUSEFULL. It is total harassment and mental torture by Housefull Furniture and its officials after I made full payment of close to Rs 1 lakh. Till date the furniture is lying in damaged condition in my house, which cannot be used. The inconvenience me and my family are facing right now is just unimaginable. It is cheating and Fraud by Housefull furniture. Was this information helpful? | |||
