Dear Sir / Madam, I am living at A - 18, 2nd floor North Pandav Nagar New Delhi - 110092.( My voter I card A/c No.:- 58, Serial No.:- 179, Part No. 107, Name :- Kavita. ) I am applying voter I card Application form Dated on :- 29/06/2008 Name of School MCD School, Pandav Nagar New Delhi 110092. and I confirm my I card at school date on 23/02/2009 teacher said that your I card is ready and send at your home within one month so I cannot received my voter I card. since last MCD Election we are not give the vote because of voter I card. Election Commission, is trying hard to do the exercise of providing valid Voter I-card to all citizens. But there must be a window for those who are already on the voter list, but without a voter card due to no mistake of voters. I had submitted twice photographs, all requisite forms filled with acknowledgement recieved, but still not got the Voter I-card. Casted mine and wife vote in the last 02 elections, on producing other I/cards. I live in my own flat Vivekanand Society, plot no. 2, sector 5, Dwarka. Being deprived of Voter card inspite my identity proof is quite funny. Hope some body concerned is listening...
