Passport not Issue

Sir,
With due respect I Rukhsana Parveen from Bulandshahr applied for Passport on 9th June 2009, and my file no. A031310-09,
and after completion of six month I haven't got my Passport.
So with the consideration of above complaint,
Please send my pPassport because without of it I won't get for Haj.
