[Resolved]  Housewife — cheque not cleared by SBI main branch chhindwara M.P.

I have submitted A cheque of Rs.150000.00 No.728819 of state bank of india branch Nagpur (m.s.) to bank of india branch chhindwara (m.p.) for payment to my account .Since the cheque is of state bank fo india hence Bank of india chhindwara has send this cheque for clearence to state bank of india main branch chhindwara m.p.State bank of india india main banch has not cleared the cheque and returend it to bank of india stating NOT DRAWN ON US /WRONGLY DELIVERED . THis is the general practise of state bannk of india main branch chhindwara .All other local banks are clearing the cheque if the cheques are of there sister branch of any other place , I thing it the directive from Reserve Bank for so than why it is not aplicable to S.B.I.
