It is a big shame for the HP co. to have sucha fail service providers (redington) for their customers. It has been over one month I am facing the same issue with my home pc (a6130in), when I call up in HP call center I get a response like there is something wrong with the BIOS settings, when the service center engineer visits, they just change the Hard drive, do the recovery and issue still persists after using it for 1 or 2 hours, the screen goes blank and nothing works and multi times they have changed mother boards,, HDD, smps etc no one has understood the exact issue? Are they really that dumb? The illiterate engineers don’t even visit on time as they commit. HP is a fail brand with no respect for their customers. Was this information helpful? |
