[Resolved]  Hp — Scanner Error 20

sir iam also buy a HP Lasejet printer, scanner and copier s.no is M1136MFP . i am also purchase this printer in two months only present copier is working and inistall to HP printer softwear and asked cable connection i am also enter to connection but did not moving the other functions so CD is not inistalled what is the problem please response this mail thank you sir
