I am forced to write this mail because my laptop which was submitted to TechnoLand in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, India has caused a great deal of harrasment.
The Service number is T910/N52. My customer id number is: C29703. Model Number CQ40 and serial number: CND8362CJW/F2.
I submitted this laptop on the 6th of Oct, 2009. Till 14th Oct, the status was under service and on 14th EOD, they ordered for a motherboard.
On 16th-Oct, I was told that the motherboard that was ordered was not the correct board and the correct board has been ordered again.
On 23rd Oct, I got back the laptop and when I came back home I saw the laptop does not show any harddrive when it boots up or while installing Windows Vista.
I submitted the laptop again to the same service center with the assurance of the Managing Director of Computerland on the 30th of October. Till date there is no response from them on the same.
I bought this laptop on the 26th of September, 2009 and till date I have not been able to use it even for a day.
