Respected sir / madam
i have a hp pavillion tablet pc tx2000. Since the adaptor was giving problems i took it to the service centre in Annanagar, Chennai. Even though the product was in its warranty period the service people made me run around for various papers and didnt replace the faulty adaptor even after i gave them the necessary paperwork giving them all the details. After getting totally fed up with all the fuss they were giving me making me run about for so many days and without showing even the slightest inclination to help their customers i went back to the service centre and asked them to just give back my charger so that i could fix it up myself elsewhere or just simply buy another one.
But these people are so keen to add to your problems that they told me they need a lawyers sign on a bond paper just to give me my own charger back!!! Is this fair in any way??!! They even refused to even show me my own charger when i asked them to show it to me so that i'll atleast know that they have it safe with them.
ARE SERVICE CENTRES HERE TO HELP OR TO CREATE MORE TROUBLE THAN ALREADY IS???!!!
