[Resolved]  Hp — repeated episodes of slack service

since last oct when thakurpukur bazar HP pump ( over D H Road Thakurpukur bazar PO & PS Thakurpukur South 24 paraganas West Bengal ) got a massive face lift and new machines I a resident of behala chowrasta PO & PS Behala South 24 paraganas started taking a 2KM ride for refill.I usually used to take from HP outlet at the X-ing of D H Rd & Burdwan Rd but not from Sakherbazar pump due to rough behavior.
recently for last 2 months the thakurpukur pump is behaving abnormally
no power sir
no premix sir
no premix as the person in charge has gone for tiffin sometimes at 2pm sometimes at even 4 pm
nobody will voulanteer
they are more attentive to autos
I have 2 bikes Rajdoot 175 and LML adreno 100 cc
& 2 cars Maruti suzuki Zen & 800AC
i am a very faith ful HP user even I sometimes travel to your company outlet at A J C Bose road
I think you must straighten things a bit before you lose a good no of HP-ians
