HP Compaq — Unsatisfied Service

Dear Mam, Sir
When i brought from PP Electonic, Durgakund on that time iam suffering from sound problem in laptop. I have cheque out the problem of laptop 4-5 time in there shop. But they cant solve my problem and after that i had decided to cant to service center HP. Thy short out my problem with the formating of laptop but after one month opreting system out of dated , again idecised to go the shop (PP Electronic) wher i purches laptop but they want 400 hundred rupees to solve the problem. That ever a problem is started with the purches of laptop on that time a cant help me and i have irretating ther service and behaviour .
What i do for service irretating behaviour . Please help me for that i am alway thankful of you.
