Hi,
I bought a new laptop HP CQ 40 144 TU. While loading operating system, hard disc was not being located by the system. i went to This authorised customer service of HP and its been 8 days since I have not got my product back. My business is suffering a lot due to this. They told me to give it back to me next very day after submission. But its almost 8 days and no result. Everyday I call and get a reply" call tomorrow please". This is simply ridiculous.
