HP Gas — Keeping the phone busy to wave off customers

We have been trying the gas agency phone for last few days but it is always engaged, we also tried 1716 for a similar time no success, I stay outdorrs with my wife handling bookings.
Last time a carrier threatened my wife if she does not buy the gas pipe at Rs.77/- he would not be able to deliver the gas cylinder.
The cariiers name was Mr.Singh the date was 12th September 2007 the Gas agency agency: Lokenath Cooking Gas.

HP Gas — Not supplying refill gas

Hello,

I've had an HP gas connection for quite some time now. I have not had any major problems with HP deals that I had connections with in the past, but my current dealer is really turning out to be troublesome. In the past also, I had to raise a complaint against them. The name of the agency is Ratna agencies, HMT Hills, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. Their phone number is[protected]/[protected]thank god if you are able to get in touch with them at these numbers, because I have given up). It is a nightmare for me everytime I have to get a refill cylinder. With great difficulty, after trying their number for several days, I was able to book a cylinder. The lady told me that we shall receive it in 10 days. It has been more than 20 days and we have not received the refill connection. We are not able to reach them as their number is either constantly busy, or if it rings, no one picks up the call. Please resolve the issue, and also ensure if possible that the same problem does not occur the next time we have to book a cylinder. Also, HP gas claims that they have a facility of online booking but that link never works.

I am a HP Gas customer from Rajpipla, Gujarat. Consumer No.-610188, Dealer code-957160(Jalaram gas agency). I have transferred my connection from Silvassa(U.T.) to Rajpipla on 13/12/06 but yet I have not been issued the pass-book. I visited the agency frequently in last one year which is 22k.m. away from my residence RPL, Umalla. But each time the receptionist tell that the unit head Mr. Bharat Manglora is not available. So have to visit again and again. What kind of service is this ?

I booked gas for home delivery on 10.11.07 but till 30.11.07 not delivered. When I went there, firstly there was no response and they told us that you have to buy a "Pipe(Nali)" of the gas then only the gas will be delivered to you. Then on 1st Dec, 2007 we bought that and asked them to deliver the gas then also after 4 days the gas was delivered to us on 5/12/07.

The amount of gas available is low, The phone always get engaged, not only this the behaviour of the representative is ridiculous, disgusting.

Sometimes they send people as their agents and they say that we are on survey and they make a big bill in checking. They say that if you won't take our products then no gas will be available to you by the company.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP.We have to buy sometimes the cylinder in "black" because they don't send the cylinders. One can think that how a family can survive without it.

If we ask the employees who bring the gas cylinder to measure the weight of the cylinder, then they refuse and say that it is in our rickshaw and we can't bring it. they refuse to take our complaints.

They should think that how a person can survive with his family including little children also without gas.

HP GAS SERVICES — Not supplying GAS even after Due date

I am the customer( 607147)of "YOVA AGENCIES" at Battalagundu. The service of the such agencies is very poor. I am being a customer of that agencies for the last two years, but there is no single home delivery untill now. I use to pick my GAS cylinder from there. At last i went personaly and i took my cylinder at (DATE[protected]. They never giving a proper bill in a computersied manner. For my next cyclinder i booked at (Nov 2007) I not yet received utill now. If i make call they are saying that cylinder is already delivered to you. I am very shocked to hear that. I not yet recieved really such cylinder. I reqest the authorities to take necessary steps to overcome such problem.
I want to remain the authorities that HP GAS is only conusmables to all commercial shops in and around Kannapatti village. They were sold to hotels and other shops and higer price for the benefits for the suppliers only. I kindly request to take necessary steps.

HP gas cylinder for domestic use — trouble in booking for refilling of cylender

I am using HP Cylenders at home for cooking purpose.
1) Now a days we (consumers) have to book for reffiling via telephone by dialing 1716, but it is very dificult to connect the phone why do not you inprove your this service ?

2) When we get the cylender we saw that the date on computer generated bill is 06.12.07 while we got its delivery on 13.12.07,why is it so ?

H.P.GAS(LPG CYLENDER) — Non delivery of cylender

Dear Sir,

Perhaps HP might have been familiar with such type of complaints. The way HP serve their customer only make an out put of frustrated/lamented customer like us.

I have done booking long ago in the month of Sept My ID is 955 at your dealer Mr.Dhumale ( Anurag Gas Agencies-Chicnchwad).

1. No way you people will communicate to your customer about the availability of connection; it’s our requirement only to make call every day to check the availability
2. No way you will respect your customer. You feel you are the only gas provider in the country.
3. You will make your customer to cry for the delivery. One day you will make an excuse of non availability of Cashier, another day non availability of regulator, third day you will declare the memorandum of hold on new connection.

What a common man like me should expect the company like HP??
What a salaried man like should do with your insulating service
What a helpless man like me can do to get the connection from HP??

HP Gas — Rude behaviour and manhandling

Hi,

I have to complain towards the misbehaviour of one of HP gas ajency's Manager.
He no only shouts at the customer but forcefully sells the product to the customers and if the customer disagrees then he either yells or asks cutomer to do whatever he can , but he has to listen to him.
He is manager of KEKAN Gas services ( HP GASES ) at Tingre Nagar, pune.
Kindly keep these kind of managers away from such a public oriented places.

HP Gas — Refuse to delivery

Dear Sir or Madam,

I have HP Gas connection with cunsumer#620999 from Prem Gas Agency, Sarita Vihar New Delhi-76. On Dec 27th, 2007 i have asked to book the gas and said that the delivery man never comes with HP Company weight machine but the madam treat very rudly and misbehave to me and said we would not responsible for that i will not deliver it to you at your home. After four days (02-Jan-08) i made a call in their office and aked about delivery but they said that our computer is not working due to electricy cut out, then on ( 03-Jan-08) when i made a call for delivey they said the delivery man had returned your booking slip due to damage of your Pipe, without informed me. Finally i said did you give me the delivery or not...or i have to take another action? They said, U can do anything that U can!! and as yet i have not received my refill delivery and i have bought the Gas from outside for cooking. Please take the necessery action ASAP. Please.......!!!!!!!!
