I have booked a gas on 2/1/2008 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.I get cylinder from M/S Satyatulsi Agencies, Hyderabad. I call up everyday and they told me that they have come thrice and the door is locked where as my wife is always at home. The delivery boy come to deliver at the building near my apartment but never at my place. This is becoming a regular feature and I simply have no idea what is going on. I am really very disappointed with the service.

I think distribution system of HP Gas is totally out of control. I ordered Gas Cylinder on 9th jan 2008 and till now i have not received it inspite of calling them atleast 15 times. My consumer number is 615832 and booking number is 8796. Please if anybody is alive in HP administration, do something for god sake.

This is just to inform you that I am one of the existing consumer of your HP GAS since last 25 years and in past I never had bad experience which I gone through today at your agency M/S ANAND GAG,5-6,NEW COMMERCIAL COMPLEX,OPP RAM MANDIR,GOVIND MARG,JAIPUR
I have booked gas in the month of DEC the exact date is not remembered at the time of booking your agency people told me that the gas will be delivered at your doorstep in within 10-12 days ,but after 20 days apox today on dated 19th jan 2008 when I visited your agency to enquire about the status ,they have not allowed me to enter your agency office and someone at the door informed me that your gas has been delivered on 25th dec 2007 and as per our records its shows that you have booked your gas on 14th of jan 2008, if not pls bring your domestic gas consumer card
Sir when I produced my consumer card in which the last entry was made on the dated 20 nov 2007 and the reply was given to me in very bad language that no problem there is mistake you pls collect your gas from here, when I told that it is not possible me to take delivery from your agency the fellow who was standing at the door started shouting and told me to go home and tried to push me physically,
Now sir please tell me that this is the way of the handling consumer by your agency on behalf of such esteemed organization, and after lodging complaint can you assure that some action will be taken against the person or agency so in future such kind of things may not happen to ruin the reputation of your organization.

HP Gas (LPG) Refill — delay and uncertainity in delivery

I am K samuel, consumer No. 607834, dealer: Walkeswar Gas Service, 262, Lakshmi Vihar, Shop No A/8, near Raj Bhavan, Walkeswar road, Mumbai-400006.
I stay at fat No.1, ground floor, Brij Kutir Apts, 68-A, Napeansea Road, Mumbai-400006; this is less than a kilometer distance from the dealer's office. I have been booking for gas since last one month and reminding over telephone every 3-4 days. Every time I am getting reply "gas will be delivered within next two three days"; or "your door was locked and therefore book again"
This is really very funny that they will never tell the approximate time of delivery nor they telephone before delivery. It is quite painful to cope up with this type of delivery system.
It is 24 days since we have booked for a refill, however there is no cylinder delivered as yet. When enquired the employees are the most rude people I have ever known. As per them if we want the cylinder we can collect it ourselves eslse wait till they deliver it. I have been in bigger cities like Chennai and Bangalore but never faced a problem with them. Pune is the first where i a facing a lot of problems. I have to call them thrice a day here to all the nonsence they have to say just because I am a consumer.
I really wonder if HP is paying any attention to the complaints put up by various comsumer's who are unfortunately having a HP gas connection.

I booked cylinder a cylinder on 17.01.08 over the telephone and I was told that it will be delivered within 6 days. As the same was not delivered I visited the HP agency on 26.01.08 and was told that it will be delivered tomorrow morning i.e. on 27.01.08. On 27.01.08 in the morning i waited upto 12.00 clock, however no one turned up. So I tried calling the agency, the telephone lines were busy continuously. I decided to visit the agency only to find the agency office locked up with a chit sticked to the shutter saying in case of any difficulty call the godown. On calling the godown I was told that no delivery was possible from the godown as the office was closed.
On 28.01.08 I visited the agency office in the morning to be told that no delivery was possible today for which no reasons were specified and was told that the cylinder would be delivered tomorrow. On calling the mobile Number given on the notice board for booking refill complaints, it came out to be the proprietors number who also could not give a satisfactory reply. This is not the first time the agency people are doing this. This happens every time a cylinder is booked.
Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
yaur service branch is named with "surendra gas agency" in siwani distt bhiwani-haryana.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.
Now the distributorship is given to some other person on contract basis they are not working properly.
they book the refill after the 30 days of the previous delivery and then they say that at list come after 4 or 5 days to get a refill delivery.
A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.we cn see o ong row during the booking time and then at the time of delivery.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

I am a Bharat Gas Consumer at Uttam Nagar New Delhi, I get gas regularly without much problem. My collegue is a consumer of HP gas, and staying at Yamuna-par the notorious area. He booked gas for the last ten days but no gas, even he complained through HP website. No response from them. I think the HP staff and Distribution agent joined together and run a syndicate to sell the gas outof turn at higher price to street vendors etc.

I am lodging this complaint on behalf of my neighbour, She stays alone with her two kids as her husband works in Mumbai. Her HP Gas supplier(Happy Home, Vadodara), has been very rude and insulting to her and on purpose is delaying her gas cylinder. Whenever she calls them up they talk very rudely and even tell her to cancel her connection and when she asks for the phone no. of higher authorities does not provide it. Kindly guide as to what steps are to be taken.

I am from Pune and i face a
hell amount of problem from my
local Agent m/s Kekan Gas
Agency. I guess he is not
capable of handling at all. A
Total mis management Agent.
The Problem is very simple,
they take the booking on phone
and provides token numbers,
but they never delivers gas at
home on time. For Example(the
most current one): I book for
refilling on say 14th Jan 08.
for home delivery. Today when
i call them I find out that
deliveries status for consumer
today is that they have
started deliveries for
customer who have booked on
20th January 08.
This is not for the first time
if you check the history, this
is been very often repeated. A
Written complain was made to
them with dire consequences.
In clear words i had mentioned
that such carelessness will
not be tolerated and under
such circumstances I will put
forward my Complain to HP
directly.
This had no effect on them ,
the ladies who work over there
are very careless and very
rude.
If this letter has some value
i need justification and
action within 48 hrs against
this dealer. And want these
basic problem to be
streamlined.

He is also not providing home dilivery of gas cilinders
to the customes of vidyanager. You can hold a fair inquiry in this

I booked a new gas connection in the month of January 2007 in the name of Dr.Nadeem Ahmed Qureshi R/O 11-4-651/A-312 Express Apartment Lakdikapul Hyd.Unfortunately the booking number was misplaced by me,several times i visited the agency but instead of assisting me they are telling me to get the Booking receipt number that i cant provide it so kindly i request the matter to be looked into and make arrange ments for me to issue gas cylinder conection with my Swamy agency situated at Vijay Nagar colony hyderabad. I have one more suggestion, they can create a website and make their customers to check their status of new booking connection/ book gas cylinder online.

As we have book cylender on 07/01/2008 our consumer no 623779 and M/s Ganesh Agency Hubli[protected]/2241864/2245268) Who is supplying HP GAS they are not supplying GAS properly and when ever we cal there number is always Busy even trough 9Pm Till today we haven got the cylender please take some serious action against Ganesh GAS Agency Old Hubli, Hubli as i have mantion there contact number hope you will do needfull

My distributor's name is M/S Ramakrishna Enterprise,Budge Budge (south kolkata).I am booking the Gas but they will be delayed the supply of Gas & tell me that you have wait because our company is not supply the gas now.We are suppling the gas after 25 day's. Please tell me that what is the problem? Why HP Company harassed the customer.This problem was arise my first Installation,after deposit of money they will be installed an old cylinder after 20 days.This is not the process of installation.I have deposit Rs.2800 then cylinder charge Rs.300.50 paise.I am deposit the money my wife's name.Therefore my wife is the consumer of your company,please reply me as early as possible.Please look the matter very first and please mail me.

I booked gas for home delivery on 04.01.2008, but they are not booked that day. Once again i called on 18.01.2008, that time only they booked, but till today on 31.01.2008 not deliver. Whenever I make phone call and go directly to their representative, he says tommorrow it must be delivered. I having 10 month kids also,i am very sorry to say that we are facing much problem due to this type of service and Please do the needful and oblige.
