[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

HP Gas Cylinder (Domestic) — Gas agent not delivering cylinder.

Gas agent at Wadala five garden is not delivering gas cylinder since I registered my gas booking on[protected]. My consumer No. is 608797. I went twice to his shop once on 31-1-08 and then on 1-2-08. The agent did not give me complain book to lodge my complain and said that he did not have complain book. He supplied gas cylinder to consumers who booked gas cylinder after me i.e. after 24/1/08. Kindly look into matter and stop immediately malpractices of that gas agent.

i (hemant gangwal) am having a gas connection and my booking (customer ) no is - 612685. i m a regular user of HP Gas. actually my gas agent is doing black marketing of the same .. after a long time distance during they r provding the gas to me . i have applied for the gas cyliender on 28th jan 2008 but i havn't recieved the cyliender yet .. and now days i m taking food for my family from near by hotel .. its so embarassing for me . when i tried to calll him up they r not picking the phone, when i personally contacted to him they behaved very poor .. plz do somthing sir . otherwise we have not such a option for the same

I booked gas for home delivery on 10.1.08 but till 04.02.08 not delivered. The phone always get engaged, not only this the behaviour of the (Female)representative is ridiculous, disgusting.

Sometimes they send people as their agents and they say that we are on survey and they make a big bill in checking. They say that if you won't take our products then no gas will be available to you by the company.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP.We have to buy sometimes the cylinder in "black" because they don't send the cylinders. One can think that how a family can survive without it.

If we ask the employees who bring the gas cylinder to measure the weight of the cylinder, then they refuse and say that it is in our rickshaw and we can't bring it. they refuse to take our complaints.

They should think that how a person can survive with his family including little children also without gas.

HP Gas — Non delivery of Gas after 32 days of booking

I have booked my gas on 02 nd January of 2008. After lapsing 20 days i have asked the agency, they informed that cykinder already delivered. I told that i have not received the gas. Now both of my cylinders are empty. Eventhough i am contacting several times by phone and directly, they simply told that they already delivered, and informed that to day we will send, this is the word i am hearing for the last 10 days. My wife and kid (2.5 years old) sufferring lot. My consumer No. 620320

HP Gas cylinder supply — Poor service and non delivery of refill

I am a customer of HPCL gas my consumer number is 610335 with Chamundeshwery gas company,Mysore, Karnataka. I have booked my cylinder on 19/01/2008. At the time of booking they say that for issue of cylinder it will take 8days . today is 4/02/08. so far I have not received the cylinder . sorry to inform you that the said dealer is unable to make the delivery of cylinder in proper time. We have to make lots of exercise to getting the cylinder..
I request you to please take up the matter with the dealer concerned and arrange for early supply of the refill.

HP Gas — Non delivery of booked cylender

We are customer of HP gas. Our local service provider is Quick Gas services. Gas delivery is very irregular. Most of the time they are deliveing booked gas to others against more money. On query to gas dealer they are showing their computer report, but on actual we are not getting gas cylender. We have two consumer no. 602399.(double cylender,Customer name : Sisir Bhattacherjee. Another consumer no.614020.Customer name Sarbari Bhattacherjee(Single cylender).

For last three months we are not receing any cylender.As per their record all booked gas delivered.Need urgent help

HP Gas — Non Delivery of the TV Connection since 2.5 months.

To Whomsoever concerned,

I have been transferred from Bangalore on 4th November 2007 and applied for the TV connection in "Hindustan Gas agency", Distributor code 952370, located in Alway, PO: JJ Nagar. I submitted all my documents in the last week of November for the connection after being transferred to Hyderabad. They told that it will take about 1.5 months to get a connection. After1.5 months they told that the stationary is not available and to come after2 weeks. After two weeks they told there is no regulator. When they got the regulator they told to come the nextday. When I went yesterday that is on 6th February they have kept the shutter down. Today that is on 7th February when I went again they say that the regulator is not there and they also used abusive language against me.

The concerned person who was dealing with it was Mr. Krunakar Reddy whose phone number is [protected]. I must say that it is a very Poor service shown by them.

Please let me know what should I do as the agency is not giving me the connection.

Its now three months I am without a connection(Cylinder).

We are regular customer of LPG Cylinder for the last several years at South Delhi. We have shifted to East Delhi,B-8/SL-2 Dilshad Colony, Delhi-95 one year back. Since M/s. Ganga Enterprises, Naveen Shahdara, Delhi was suppling LPG to us. They are always accepting booking only after 21 days. Now they are accepting booking only after 25 days. Even after delivery effects only after a week. In practical we are getting LPG after more than a month time. We could not understand why we re facing such tension and trouble in East Delhi. So we request you to deliver cylinders in a every 15 days accoridngly pls advise to the concerned agency.

HP Gas — Reluctance for reconnection

There was a gas problem before a long time not only around here but in all Rajasthan. But the problem is every whre else the problem is resolved but around here there is still no gas . Almost 40 percent of the gas cylinders coming here are sold out illegally at more than Rs400/- and we have tried complaing so many times to the company the collector but it just works for a month and again its the same.
