[Resolved] HP Gas Booking — Delay in HP gas booking | |
Dear sir, I am an user of HP Gas. Recently I found difficulty in booking gas cylinder( refilling). There are four numbers 23000622, 23006044, 23002793 and 23002794. most of the time both the are engaged and sometimes I hear ring but nobody lift the or no communication. My consumer no : 628033and agency name is Sri Sai Krishna GAs Agency. Its located in GAchiwoli, Hyderabbad. I am trying to book gas for last 15 days. I went to their office. Sometimes they are not opening shutter fully. They were inside their office, but when knocked their shutter, they were not responding. Please take necessary action. i have booked gas on 8 its 11 days now i hvnt gas still, is this the way u work, i m going to change my connection to bharat gas, bcz not once it hapens evry tym and ur dealer at kamle ngr are totally use less...[protected]
My self consumer No 615885 of HP gas distributor M/S Amarsons Gas service bathinda.
I had booked a refill on 18/12/10 and received gas on 1/1/2011l. After one month lapse of previous booking I tried telephonically to book my new refill. I was denied the opportunity on the pretext that 22 days have not been completed after the delivery. Is the obligation of 30 days only on the customer or is it not ur duty to provide the refill gas within 8 days. It is also to inform that ur above dealer do not pick the phone and harass the customer. Today after 22 days of getting the gas tried to book but they didnot answer the phone call. You are requested to take action against the dealer who always harass the customer. waiting for your response.

In between I have phoned somany times to[protected], 23082222 and 23083333 but not responsed to my phone. Today morning I have gone to Agency(preveen Gas) They told that, "You are not booking done". and Now Rebooking done. and my ref no. given to me (236611)on 5/5/11.
Whats the problem and too suffering from you in these again again booking from these 20days.
How and what was tobe done and i have taken/taking another 10days for refilling (Totally 30days minimum for refilling )and any body also phones are not lifting and no communication for custumer.
My consumer no: 639274 and agency name is Sri Praveen Gas Agency. Its located in Chinthal, Hyderabbad. I am waited for refill from 20days again now booked. Please kindly now arrange GAS as soon as possible to me.
Don't think otherwise. And We are not satisfactory for Online booking is not correctly of our custemers.
because of Delay and I attemped this is 1st time.
Please KINDLY GIVE CORRECT INFORMATION, Don't Dalay and Co-operate with us If continues ONLINE BOOKING.
Please take necessary action. May be online booking would hepl us .Please take this mater seriously.

HP Gas Refill — NON LIFTING OF PHONE BY THE DEALER
The HP gas dealer at JEYPORE ( ORISSA) is not lifting the telephone for gas booking / not booking gas over telephone.
