its useless. whenever its calls is busy or ringing no body pick up the phone. Being a survice woman -- its realy dificult to us gas now only for this booking proble.. when ever you go and say them they reply-- 'u have to come and book'-- is it possible to take leave and go for gas booking -- Authority must take some action --

Every time we are calling for booking the Ph. either engage or if ringing no body there to pick up. It is a serious issue authority must have to take action.
