I tried booking a refill via HP heldesk number [protected] since 23rd Oct 2012 but all in vain.
The computerized voice says I have been facing 'problem' in booking a refill & that I need to contact my agency (Kekan Agency, Pune). When I call them, they simply refuse any assistance saying that I need to keep on trying the HP heldesk number. This is totally frustating since the system is not efficient nor the agency is keen to understand the genuine problem & keen on helping.
I am still clueless on how to confirm a booking for refill. The computerized helpdesk number is NOT AT ALL any help to me.
