Dear Sir,
Our dealer is M/s Pravin general stores. He has appointed sub-dealer/local representative under him for our village. We have following complaints against this Sub-dealer.
1.Gas Cylinder not available on time.
2.Also he never gives us firm commitment about availability of Gas Cylinder i.e. come today evening, come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow etc.
3.Don’t gives us money receipt of Cylinder.
4.Charging Rs 350 or above for one cylinder also not giving its receipt.
5.Shop open time is not fixed. We tried to register complaint against him at his Main Dealer M/s Pravin general stores but they did not made us available the complaint register & also refused to accept our complaint letter. Was this information helpful? |
