My self R.Ramesh having my consumer numb 619956 at sandeep gas agency, srinagar colony under above consumer, have been transfered to some other agency, plz arrange to deliver refill gas cylinder to me as soon as possible.

I have a strange complain against HP gas on line booking service by net.i had booked on line request for refilling by internet as well as on telephone also and within seven days i got the gas cylinder at my door step but at the window for booking on line by internet it is still showing "pending". so i am unble to understand how to book request for refilling again or whether my gas agency even attend/entertain the booking on internet or not. i think i have to book for refilling by teltphonr only. there is no meaning of booking for refilling by internet.i will be highly obliged if you can clarify the above.no doubt your service is satisfactory for me. thanking you.

I transfered my gas connection from naval station karanja Mumbai to kalyanpur Lucknow UP. I given my paper to HP gas dealer at Lucknow for transfer but. after checking he told me that your connection has not been transfered . Immidatly I called my previous HP gas dealer at Mumbai that my transfer has not been made then he told me that as per his record it has been transfered .In this case what I should do? Kindly let me know.My TV no 1002967 and SV no1002967 both dated 28/11/2007

this is the service details. the service is very worst, they will take long time for delvery the cylinder, customer booking also not pick the phone in long days. and they not responce to the customer. we are not satisfy their service. customer satisfaction is very worst.AND THE behave is very bad . they using very bad word for us... plz send this message to top level management...
i am hp gas consumer having no. is 817117 in rekha gas agency, walcutt compound, amravati, maharashtra.

I got a cylender which is leakage while regulator is turned off. many times a have given complaints, but mechanical came and said that in cylender there was an around 1 or 2 kg gas in, so this problem occured.
so please do the needful as early as.
I hope that a our problem will be solved within a days .

I am MOHD. TARIQ from REWA (M.P.). my consumer no. is 000105.
At Pushkar enterprises dealer of H.P. GAS REWA calls are not been recieved for booking of the gas cylinder and we are to travel a long and go there for booking. And after booking also gas cylinder is not given for many days.
I had booked my cylinder 4 days ago still there's no email or sms from the gas agency o confirm my booking through the online method. If this is the service they render to the " valuable" customer then i think the respective person doesn't know or neither can understand the meaning of the word Valuable

Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
yaur service branch is named with "Om gas agency" in Palwal -haryana.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many probleme from the service.

they book the refill after the 39 days of the Booking date but till today not received any type gas Cylender
.
A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.and I Have receved the delivery slip I have go gas agency last 5 day regular but not any type response

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

I am holding gas connection with no 511921 with HPCL with distributor Mewar Jawa Gas agency, Udaipur Rajasthan. FIrstly they do not do booking upto 21 days after booking they are sending the cylinder upto 15-20 days time. last time I have to take one cylinder having 2.5Kg gas in Rs 100 and then my family can prepare and take food and we had to get food from outside for two days. Last month I had gone thru one news in News Paper that we can book the cylinder any time and it will take two days to deliver the cylinder by concerned agency. but distributor gives at least 8-10 days time to deliver the bbking and but they never deliver it before 15 days.

Pls look into the matter and help ur customers.

Hi,

This is a formal, Strong complaint against Narender Gas Agency - Noida[protected].
Though they never meet their SLA ..of providing the gas on time with usual excuses of Demand vs supply .

But this time they have gone a step ahead with their stealth attitude.
I had booked my refill on 6th march 2012, and I am yet to recieve the refill ...today is 22 nd march .
Today morning the HP Tempo was selling the cylinders in 'Black " for Rs 900 near my residence .

I would like to know how they intend to get me a refill ...and when ?

With ref to the above subjected matter here with I would like to bring to your immediate notice that from last more then 20 (Twenty) days I Mr.Praveen Dugar and my wife is continuously trying to book the refill and also doing regular follow up by visiting and calling your concerned office about the refill booking. As per your officials they had confirmed that in the same name Praveen Dugar one more consumer no (604111) is already exist, connection taken from Sri Shakti Gas Services M.R.Nagar.and due to which the refill booking is getting cancelled. In relates to this I would like to clarify that the copy of bill in which at the bottom it is clearly mentioned with agency Seal & Sign as the connection is transferred to Sri Ganesh Gas Service, No:119 Medavakkam Tank Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-600010 with new consumer no 631222.If the connection was already transferred to the said address then why my booking got cancelled? and even after the Transfer one refill was booked on 26/11/2011 and was delivered to us on 07/12/2012.Why such problem was not happened at the time of earlier booking. Yesterday[protected] when I visited agency again to check the status they says that as I had not booked the refill for more then 180 days the consumer no is blocked (SO Blocked).

Here I am not able to understand why suddenly all such harassing things are happening with us. From last more then one week we are having our food in Hotels and even for our newly born baby we have to get so many things done which is only possible if we have the refill with us. Having the Gas Connection also we are now in a position where we are seeking helps from our Neighbors and Hotels.More over our monthly budget is also now completely disturbed and unnecessarily we have west lots of money. We are not able to understand what needs to be done.

I request the concerned authorities to take immediate action.or else I hv to knock the door of Consumer Court.
